Hi Symikins,
not sure about benefits, I think it depends which benefit you get. Some only allow 16 hrs work max and TeleTech have a minimum of 20 so that could be a problem - but it wouldn't rule out other benefits you may be eligible for.
This is the number for JobCentrePlus who may be able to give you some info: 0800 055 6688.
There are kinds of ISPs being used including Sky so there is nothing to worry about on that one.0 -

symikins,
Though you may lose your IS, IB, JSA whatever benefit you are claiming, you could still be able to claim HB/CT (part payment) depending on what salary you end up with. Especially, the personal allowance has been raised to £6,035 from £5,435 since Sept 08 means that you could come under "low income" if you worked, let's say, 20-22hrs that is £120-£132 pw. Every little helps so check it out.

Hi,
I've applied for a teletech job and I have received the email with the links for the assessments.
I've passed the technical assessment but I can't open the skills assessment. I can get on to the webpage and click on the link but it won't open the test. Occassionally it says that the version of my browser won't open the test.
Can anyone help me?

Everything is conducted via telephone and email so you will be requested to complete forms and email them back at various stages, and they are a global company with thousands of employees and they have policies and systems in place to protect data.0
