I have sent an email and got a reply saying she wouldn't be in the office until the 30th.

Whats up mojt? Most of the TT office staff are out of office till monday so if you need help you may need to ask here and we can see if our TLs know what is going on.
  • Nothing up really , just stressing. I was hoping that they would contact me as I don't know what is happening on monday  Tomorrow all i know ids that I start at 4.

  • Could someone please confirm that 4pm BST it the same as GMT. Would hate to be ready at 4pm tomorrow to get it wrong.

Well I am nearly all ready I think.

Is is really busy on the first training day?

  • mojt Woooohoooooo!! I start at 4 as well :D
(I'll be the one with a very noisy cat so thank heavens for mute buttons)

I am glad I am not the only one stressing. The 4pm BST worries me because do they really mean 4pm GMT or have I to deduct/add an hour; I can get into meeting place; but don't know about the phonecall part of it yet; there is a three day leeway after starting training in which to return the paperwork but I have had to delay sending it back as I was waiting for paperwork to arrive here and I am worried that will get me cause a problem (I really should send an email to explain just in case I am a day late); and I have discovered today that my DECT phone will behave as a handsfree speakerfone when it is left in the charging cradle but I don't know if it will charge the battery during a call or if it will use direct power so delayed getting a corded phone but am now thinking I should have :(

Oh, so many questions, so little time
  • I should have added I am also really very excited as well as slightly terrified :)
  • Can't help re the phone I am afraid.

I had to speak to the Irleand office regarding the contact and he seemed a lovely man. I would give them a call and tell them the situation just so that they know it is in progress.

I keep worrying that it won't work etc but hopefully it will be find at this time tomorrow we will be just finishing.

The positions are call centre positions-the only difference is your desk is in your own home. Yes you will be working at your desk and taking calls for the duration of your shift.
