Have you got another computer that you could use. See if it is just a problem on your computer. If not maybe give them a call.

    Hello!

Ive tried allsorts on my laptop, and also contacted live help, but will see if changing to another computer will help. Thanks for replying, how are you finding working for Teletech, i think its fantastic that a company offers positions of working at home.

    Hello, :D

I am in the process of completing the online application form for the position of call centre representative. Every time i reach the education history page and move the page or click on anything, it comes up witha message that my internet has experienced a problem and has to restart. This only happens on this website and that particular page. Ive contacted live help who were not much help! Can anyone suggest anything to help?

    Many thanks in advance.
Is that the page after you have uploaded your cv and the page tries to auto complete the boxes for you?

If it is, accept everything as it has been entered and move onto the next section.

I had the similar trouble but as my cv had been successfully uploaded I figured the web form wasn't so important.

If it isn't that page then please ignore me..... or, try uploading cv and moving on from there (but don't try to adjust anything in the cv section).

    Happy Form Filling :)

We would need a full error message to really help but it does sound as though you have issues on multiple pcs with IE crashing, now either there is something on the page causing it or something on each browser that is causing it. Have you tried a different browser to see if its an issue with IE or have you got the same toolbars etc installed on each browser on the different pcs?

  • Sorry, I must have done something wrong.

When you mouse over the link it comes up as this website address/disclosure website address.

Not sure what I did wrong, but glad you found it.

Did you like the bit on that site that tells you not to phone about applications as it could delay your application.

imo the wording was little more than a thinly veiled threat :rotfl:
