I keep worrying that it won't work etc but hopefully it will be find at this time tomorrow we will be just finishing.
Damned fine idea about calling Belfast
I'm laughing at us pair doing all this worrying before D-Day and you're right, this time tomorrow it will be all over :rotfl:0 -
What will the calls involve ? How do they know im sitting at my desk working ?
At the start of your shift you log on and are 'available' for calls and somewhere a manager/supervisor can see what your workflow is and what you have done and how long it took you to do.
If you wander off and are showing no productivity then questions get asked. Honestly, it's not as bad as it sounds!!0 -
Hope everyone had a nice xmas and new year, and hope its
going well for the batch currently in training.0 -

Hello mojt :hello:
I'm not sure who you are yet!!
Oliver & Sky it is going very well and I am enjoying it, although for some reason I get a serious attack of the munchies about 40 minutes before the end of the session and as there is a surplus of mince pies I've taken to grabbing a couple of them.
I don't even like mince pies0 -
I'm thinking about getting my application in.
One question though, I currently work full time in a tech support/IT support role and am looking to do the teletech work to earn some additional money towards buying a house. What are the shifts that teletech offer? As I am not usually home until just after 6 - so would ideally need an evening shift from 6.30 or 7.
Cheers,
Marc0 -
The operation runs from 4-11 Monday to Friday and 3-11 Sat and Sunday,
When I first started I did a 7-11 shift.
But your not going too know what shifts are available till you apply and are
offered the role, also training is 4-8 I think so you would struggle to attend that I guess.0 -
Hello,
I am in the process of completing the online application form for the position of call centre representative. Every time i reach the education history page and move the page or click on anything, it comes up witha message that my internet has experienced a problem and has to restart. This only happens on this website and that particular page. Ive contacted live help who were not much help! Can anyone suggest anything to help?
Many thanks in advance.0 -
