At present I am waiting to get back to training as I am waiting on my Experian report. at present I think it is taking about 20 days for the Disclosure Scotland to be processed so the sooner you can send it of the better.

how many weeks do you do - is it 4? It's for customer service.

Oh dear, I may have to give it a miss then (that's if I get the job lol) as i'm at uni 6 til 9 and cant really afford to miss 4 weeks of that
  • I'm on my second week of training, its 4-8pm, mon-fri, for 4 weeks.
My trainer has a few classes at different times so maybe you could ask your recruiter if there are other options for you?

  • I am currently in my second week of production. Graduated at last! Lol!:j

Just a few points for some people here:

When you apply for CS, you're actually applying for Tech Support. If you're not tech minded, you might want to reconsider!

Training is normally 2 weeks Mon-Fri from 4pm until 8pm, followed by 3 days of nesting. The nesting period can differ though. Some of class mates have been there for 3 weeks now but of that has been down to technical issues with the system.

If you are successful in gaining employment, make sure you send your Experian paperwork back IMMEDIATELY. If there is a delay, and your Experian report and Disclosure Scotland are not cleared by the time you finish training, you will NOT be allowed to continue through to nesting. Teletech cannot and will not release your system details without ALL paperwork being cleared.

I know from experience that until everything is present and correct, you will be placed on unpaid leave until Teletech receive everything they need.
  • Modavida- I think that you must have been on the same training as me and I am still waiting for my Experian paperwork.

I wouldn't say that being tech minded is essentially. As long as you know how to log into a computer etc then I would say go for it :D

Well done on graduating! I applied for CS but got a sales role because of my previous experience and phone manner, attitude etc. Training for that is 4 weeks, not 2.
