Good for you I just applied myself. Do you get paid for the training? How long does the training period last? cheerswhinge intr.v. whinged, whing·ing, whing·es Chiefly British To complain or protest, especially in an annoying or persistent manner.0

Auddel, you are a font of all knowledge honey, thank you so much. In my comfort break lol I can easily sort my little issye out lol. In the contract I signed it says I am a Customer Service Representative, is that any indication that I am sales or not? I don't really mind. Its wierd not knowing what hours I will be working lol. BUt 8.30 - 4 is 7.30 hours so I am assuming I will have breaks in that to make 7 hours mon, tues, thurs and fri then 6 hours on a sat with a break. Do you think that sounds feasable? And then 12 mins comfort break too during each day?0

If you are in Tech, the training lasts for 3 weeks, and yes, you do get paid for it.
Not sure how long sales training is.0 -

If you work 5 hours straight off in one go, you get a 15 minute paid break and 12 minutes personal time. If you work 7 hours you can take a 30 minute lunch break as well but you are not paid for it.0 -
Right thats everything signed sealed and delivered.
I am due to start at 9am on Monday, can anyone tell me when i will receive details of how to log in etc
But I have a huge problem. It's now Friday, and I have absolutely no information to go on. Somebody called on Wednesday but I was out, they didn't leave a return number instead saying they would call back; I haven't left the phone at all since then but heard nothing - not even an email....
I tried calling the UK freephone number but they said to contact my recruiter, but my recruiter is well, incommunicado.
Livehelp also suggest speaking to my recruiter.
Emails I have sent so far have not been answered
I have received no contract, no request for a CRB, no details of logging into the training or what I will need to do prior to that and I am beginning to feel abandoned up a creek without a paddle.0 -
Have you heard anything yet TimeWarper?0

Haze1968 I phoned again on Friday to be told I still hadn't had my second interview.... I have. Kind of.
Getting that second interview to actually take place was a tale in itself but when I finally spoke to the recruiter and was prepared to be interviewed all she said was " I am pleased to inform you a second interview will not be necessary and would like to offer you a place with Teletech. Are you still interested?" I said yes.
She said she would provide me with further information and a start date as soon as she was able. That was back in October.
I sent two emails in November (just in case I had been lost in the system) and did not receive any response.
I've since had a reply to an email I sent last week (just this morning) saying the training schedule was not a job offer but to see if I was still interested.
How many times are they going to ask if I am still interested?
For Bob's sake, do they want it written in blood and witnessed by Royalty?0 -
I forgot to ask, you started this morning, how did you get on?0

How did the training go Haze? And Timewarper, did you ever get any response from them re your training?0
