I don't think we need to defend ourselves to people who criticise or disagree with us,

I feel it fuels their defensiveness, which is a weapon a very insecure person uses to shift the blame onto others.

You don't need to defend yourself to anyone.

The person must have posted here for a reason. Maybe they are depressed or maybe they were trying to sell AB's 'products' with or without him knowing, who knows. Or maybe they were just trolling. Either way, you'd hate to be friends with someone with those views, as i'm guessing they aren't a real friend to anyone, just a fairweather friend who doesn't want to know when things get tough for anyone.

Keep posting and ignore them if you don't like their views, they aren't important enough to worry about. :D

I'll pay the fare....and well said

I had some hassle yesterday from another poster and now this, they seem to be breeding.

    Thank you for your support:)

They're everywhere. You can't go anywhere without people feeling the need to air an opinion because they need a little attention.#

Like I say, ignore them. They are unimportant.

I haven't come across these people before but I have been away for a while with the house hunting/moving.

Everyone is welcome but respect is paramount, trolls are not welcome anywhere!

I have been on forums where people do talk to each other in this way and in the right place it is fine if it is banter, never nasty, but it this certainly isn't the place to be nasty to others here.

The ignore button is a wonderful feature and will stop me feeding the trolls:)

I don't post here too often anymore, but any messageboard has it's fair share of faceless trolls.

Martin Lewis has bits all over the place saying it's not a free speech forum and be nice to all moneysavers, but you know what people are like. Give them a place to post opinions they wouldn't say to your face, and they'll take it.

Only yesterday someone said something negative to me, so I turned it around on them. Doesn't have quite the same effect than when I say it face to face though :D

Like I say, this is a forum where people are asked to be helpful to others.

I just find it ironic that people need to question negativity, by being negative. :rotfl:

You haven't been on the vent forum, it is troll city. It is a shame as it is a place to warn others about bad experiences/service from companies.

It does make you wonder if these people have a vested interest in defending bad service/companies by some of the smart alec replies you see.

I don't see the point in people coming on here to attack other posters tho, none of my original posts attacked anyone on this forum. Maybe I accidently struck a chord in them

Alot of Spam is from people who have vested interests. Always need to be careful what you click etc etc

I don't go into Discussion time as it's full of opinionated folk who have no-one else in their lives to be opinionated too. Mice in real life, and need this place to be someone.

I have far more important things to be doing......like salivating over Britney and being mischievious.

I think that's what gets me through, the fact i'm cheeky and always looking for some humourous situation to take advantage of :p

    Brilliant

I do like Britney's energy when she is upbeat. I do feel for her having her breakdown. The pressure she must be under must be immense.

I don't mind the Arms now and again but the vent and financial areas such as pensions are rather daunting, it is a shame as I could do with some advice about it.
