Morning all
Happy birthdays to Miss Diddley and Tired-mum, and hugs where needed/wanted.
I feel better today (just as well - don't have time for another duvet day!) so I'm going to go into town and do some stuff/get some bits I need. Will also do the weekly shop - strictly according to list and meal plan so I don't need much. If the rain holds off I'll pop over to mum's and see if I can split some herbs too.
So far I have resisted going on FB - although I had a request last night - does it just mean I'd spend more time online???????
Recipe sounds delish Diva - will give that a try myself.
Hope the scan goes ok Jackie0.
see you all later - tea needed!

It's tipping it down here. Thankfully all the washing was done and dried yesterday, just need to iron it now, oh joy:rolleyes: .
HAPPY BIRTHDAY Tired Mum and Ms Squiggly  .
CATOWEN glad you had a great time in Harrods, when I was a student in London, I used to have a Saturday job in the lingerie department, it really is a fantastic institution.
ANNIESTAR and KAAT I don't understand why people are so rude. I was always told to keep my mouth shut if I couldn't find anything nice to say. Big hugs to you.
Big hugs to smokey, Beth and her DB's, Candygirl and Her Mum and Dad and anyone else who would like one.
Not much planned today apart from a shop in Tescos, ironing and tidying. Feel really tired today. Tea is spaghetti bolognese, must get back to proper meals this week.
Have a good day all.

Kids versus Children,
I have to say that once mine were teenagers, kids, was one of my more polite names for them, lol.

Morning all,
Started off raining this morning, but the sky has now cleared, and its sunny  , have got a wash on and will hang it out in a while, I think we are set for rain for most of the week, so will try and get it all done today.
I am doing a roast chicken for dinner tonight, with cabbage, and will pick some carrots from my garden( I love saying that )
DD and I are off to the dentist today, only for a checkup, but the dentist always tells us off for not cleaning properly, and I mean TELLS US OFF, makes me feel like a child, I can't swap because I would never get another NHS dentist in this area. ( And we do clean )
Squigly I will have a game of scrable with you, or anyone else, I have been playing with chrisca, and I love it :T
Happy birthday to Tired Mum, and miss diddly:j
