    Hey Rach

I was at the olympics in Atlanta too in 96 - we were there for the first week. It was a fab time and I loved Atlanta too, we stayed in a place called Peachtree city.

shell - I wouldn't have just left my child with her either, makes you wonder if most parents just agree with it!
AnWsMum hope you had a nice day out
polkadot :rotfl: lucky you having someone to help, be careful, they'll all want to steal him :D
serena that sounds very scary, hope he's ok
boddy take the sickie, it'll teach them to do some work for a change!
jo1972 I can well believe it. My DPs Grandma lives alone now, she changed her 3 piece this year as she seen another she liked, she sold the other to her sister in law cheapl, we worked out it'll have been sat on less than 20 times as she only uses the sitting room at Christmas and when special visitors come. With the childminder I think I'd just say what you have, you want someone who's registered so you can use the vouchers etc.
sinderella have a great time, I love REM

Good evening everyone :D I'm about 3 loads off being finished the laundry mountain, woohhoooo! Got the back and front lawns cut with the petrol mower, much quicker. The back will need redoing again, front looks fine apart from a patch where it looks like it's been bic razored! DP put it on it's lowest setting to see, dfinately a close shave and I can see mud!! DPs gone to work because he was off on Thursday, being bank holiday and the weathers nice he'll no doubt have lots of idiots to put up with.

Me, well exciting evening in store, I still have plenty to do, house is still a bomb site, I think one of the main things I need to do tonight is put some of the dry stuff away as there is loads of it. I need to get a few things off ebay aswell, at least Quidco has restarted the ebay cashback now :D
One day I might be more organised...........

    Evening everyone

been trying to catch up with the thread but have lost the place with what everyone is doing!!!
The one that sticks in my mind is Serena - you must have been so frightened for DS - hope all is well now

Big hugs to everyone and I will try to keep up with your news!!

I intended to catch up with all the things I hadnt done but it was a lovely day so have been in the garden nearly all day - well except for when [STRIKE]the queen[/STRIKE] my mother called in on her way home. I have weeded, cut edges, cut grass, trimmed bushes, cut back dead plants - filled my wheelie bin!!! It will all help later in making it easier to tidy up for the winter.

    Toots xx
    Peace will be mine
could do better - must try harder
