edit: found the info. 6 month minimum term.0 -
just ordered one. I'll worry about t&c's when (if) it arrivesEven if you are a minority of one, the truth is the truth.0

i'm thinking about it but am totally put off by the last cheque being given on the 18th month. that's pretty sneaky. also the £50 weekend cashback is redeemed by sending the first and third bills. so you'd be sending bills from month one to 6 months after the contract is over! in my experience the dixons group are notoriously bad with online orders and returns which is also a real deterrent.
anyone done this and can verify how much the quidco cashback is? if its £25 i might not bother but CPW says £25 and actually seems to pay £47... so if the link comes up at more than £25, i will go for it. otherwise i will hang on for e2save to lower the price. 6630s are being given away everywhere at the moment, i'm sure it won't be long.0 -
In the T&C conditon 2 says something about the number - does this mean that porting onto the tariff is not possible?I think....0

How easy are these phones to unlock to all networks? I'm sure that 3 will be dodgy where I live, largely reliant upon the o2 network as they are. I recall a thread quite a long time ago discussing the Nokia 7600 where you had to go for a factory reset; I seem to recall that 3 locked them up if you made no calls via their network?0

You can not get the 6630 unlocked at the moment, dont be conned by anyone saying they can, I ve heard 3 will unlock it for about 30 quid when the contract is up. A silly price in contract. Do a search on this site about unlocking them, loads of threads....0 -
So if I've got it right, it's a 12 month contract and part of the rental is repaid after 18 months from the start of the contract, but there is no requirement to have a "live" connection after the 12 months are up.0

Hi,
I'm about to sign up for this offer, but I've never done something like this, so I'm a little worried...
I'm a little confused about the Quidco cashback. I have signed up to them, scrolled down to the "The Link" section, and clicked on the link which took me to the Link website. Added the phone to the basket having ticked the 12 month option. But no mention of the £25 cashback in the basket.
How do I sign up for the £50 cashback? I've downloaded the form from the frontpage of the website. Will filling it out and sending it off be enough? Or is the a box that I need to check when making the purchase, there's no mention of it in the shopping basket.
I know I sound really paranoid and meticulous, but I trust mobile phone companies as far as I can throw them.0
