Hi Guys!
Well done on the credit card H - we'll get you debt free yet!
Mrs P - good idea about the lobster but what if someone else catches it and eats it - I'd be gutted (and so would the lobbie!)
I wasn't being coy about my birthday - I just forgot to tell you all. If you'd had your detective heads on you'd have been able to open my profile and find out for yourselves but seeing as you're all useless :rotfl: , I'll tell you that it's the 23rd. I was born on a Thursday, so apparently I have far to go. Ain't that the truth!
I only accept presents with a value of more than £100:D :rotfl:
Can you guess what my age will be on 23/12/2008?

Ooooohhhh I've just gone all techy and found out how to look at someone's profile.:D
I'll go with the 37 as well. (do we get a prize if we guess correctly???):rotfl:Debt free and Keeping on Track0 -
No prizes for guessing correctly, seeing as the info is in the public domain - although you can expect to avoid the acidic vitriol of derision that you'd have obtained had you got it wrong!!!
LOL

Well, you did tell us in post 1 that you were 36
I have come back from the day spa and well worth it, it was too I feel fab you luss:j My OH paid for most of it (he doesnt know it yet) and I paid the rest as I had to have a bit of waxing done because I was starting to look like hairy mary:eek: Now then, as I have come into a little bit of money (I have some left over after paying off this huge credit card bill) do I take out membership of the day spa at £55 a month but I can go unlimited times, have 6 guest passes, be invited to members only days and get discounted treatments?I just love the place - I feel like a queen because I was treated like royalty today (everyone gets the same treatment so it wasnt just me):D
Fancy asking for presents costing £100 - bloomin' cheek if you ask me, at this rate Strumps you will either have to do with a virtual cake, or even some sample aftershaves from the perfume shop which are free:rotfl:0 -

I feel like a Queen too but for a different reason...LOL!!!:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:
I was only joking about the £100 presents. Just reading your messages is enough of a present for me!!! :cheesy:
And I'm glad I'm not the only one who seems to trawl for freebies. I go hunting in Harvey Nichs in Manchester. Most of the shop assistants are queens so with a pout of the lips, flex of the biceps and a sly eyebrow, I can usually get a plentiful bag of samples from the Kiehls counter!

I know all about your sort - my mate Glyn is the same:rotfl: Don't get me wrong I love him to bits but not in a sexual way if you see what I mean
I must admit that he isnt any good at blagging freebies at all, its me that has to blag them in fact sometimes I will ask straight out for them but then I have brazen cheek. According to my chums i could sell sand to the arabs and even convince them to do something and make them think that its their idea:rotfl:
Methinks that I will sign up for the day spa - I could quite easily live in there. Must admit though that it was strange lounging in the outdoor plunge pool breathing in the country air and the smell of cows (the farmer has diversified, his dad and brother run the dairy farm whilst he runs the marquee business, day spa, storage business and swimming pool). It is a very eco friendly place and the heated things (even the wall in the swimming pool is heated so that you can snuggle up to it:eek: ) are all heated by woodchip which is gathered either from the farm or local farmers thereabouts.
Well I have been out with another chum today, we exchanged presents (or rather I gave her a large box containing a lucky dip with pressies for her OH and her daughter and her - don't tell her but a lot of her pressies are freebies:eek: ). She bought me lunch so I saved money there and I even managed to get another £2 coin for my collection, I even dare I say it rung my OH in France, thankfully he had stopped skiing for a coffee and answered because I wanted to know his collar size as I had seen this wonderful shirt - needless to say the shirt I had see was too big so now he hasn't got a shirt and will have to make do with the expensive aftershave and associated smellies and a silly sweet pot for his desk at work complete with tiny scoop. He said that he would see me tomorrow - I don't think so, I don't fancy driving down to London and hanging around in the cold waiting for him to get back to Stockwell - no sirree, anyway I really must type up and send off my assignments, I may just submit all of them and give my tutor with something to do over crimble.:rotfl:0 -
:santa2: Merry Christmas y'all - just wanted to say that I'm going away for a week over Christmas - back on New Year's day. I'll catch up on all the news then.:xmastree:
Happy Birthday Strumpet.:bdaycake:
Horace - go for that membership.:jDebt free and Keeping on Track0 -
All credit card debts paid - I don't owe a bean:j membership of day spa already done - free gym (delivering leaflets on Saturday) done and dusted (why can't letterboxes be at the same height? Why do they put draught excluders on them? Why are they snappy and why do they have dogs that wait by the letterbox?)
Happy Christmas MrsP and everybody - I am going away on Tuesday but back Boxing Day:j :xmastree: :santa2: :rudolf:0 -
:xmassign: :xmastree: Merry Christmas!:xmastree: :xmassign:Hope everyone has a super time. I probably won't post again until after Boxing Day so make sure you all have fun.
Preparing a New Year's resolution to be more MSE and finally kill off the debts. New Year = New Start!!!
And thanks for all you birthday wishes - I really appreciate them.
Bye for now....:bdaycake:
