Okay a simple plan for the day
    1. work out expenditure annually (Dr D doing that, this lets us know how low a salary he can go for!)
    2. stitching (has fallen by he wayside whilst NaNo was on)
    3. clean the bathroom (Dr D has done the bath, I will do the rest whilst he is out)
    4. catch up on all my emails!

Did I hear that you have a cleaning plan Mr Strumps. I am in desperate need of one :( I am terribly untidy but it is odd that I know where everything is despite the place looking like its in a state:eek: I need to get some office storage so that I can shift the crate of twinlock files out of my living room and into a filing cabinet, I also need to get rid of piles of magazines so I think that I shall have to be ruthless and go and dump them in the recycling bin, then there's all the exhibition leaflets (6 bags of them:eek: ) but once I get a filing cabinet bla bla bla.

I am not doing well on the NSD front at all so hope to do better next month. You might just beat me this time. Can't have a no spend day tomorrow either because I need to go and buy a tin of varnish as the tin I was going to use yesterday is as hard as rock:mad:

I won't see my OH for another week so will have to wait for a cuddle then - lets hope he spends time with me instead of my computer otherwise it will be curtains for him and I shall have to borrow Dragon's sharp scissors to assist me:rotfl:

It's not so much that I have a cleaning plan, H, but I need to start thinking as a pair and not just me. I might be able to cope with making a meal and not doing the washing up until the following day but OH can't cope with that so I need to pull my socks up. Likewise, he needs to chill out a bit more regarding the fact that I like to watch Star Trek for hours on end. It's my Saturday and I'll spend it how I like!

Anyway, OH left the house at 06:40 this morning and said "The next time I come to stay I won't be leaving - ever!" How exciting - he's actually moving in next Wednesday / Thursday. I can't wait - it's only been 7 years and 4 months.

Spent £3 last night on the peal and got another £2 coin in change so I'm up to £62 now. I'm gonna really push the boat out and try to get to £100 by 2009.

No real need to spend today that I can foresee although I am going to a ringing practice tonight so may end up in the pub.

Hope you all have good days.

I have started the mass clean up:eek: I am giving my pile of magazines to a chum so that she can have a read and then take them to work with her for their otherwise dismal waiting room.

I admit to leaving washing up for a couple of days especially if I have only used one plate and one fork so I will pile it up until its worth doing. Remember if OH doesnt like you leaving the washing up there is nothing stopping him pulling on a pair of marigolds and getting stuck in himself - share and share alike I say:D

Must admit that I can see his point about Star Trek - if Dog the Bounty Hunter was on all day back to back then I would watch it either that or Grey's Anatomy:D

Well I am off out in a mo - yes I need to spend money on milk and a tin of varnish as I want to start doing the table top so its ready for chrismas (I plan to put my white christmas tree on it - my green one will go in the corner by the sofa).

I have chicken thighs (I am not describing my legs) for tea tonight, I shall cook them in Moski with some spuds and I can use up the last of my kale. Hopefully I will have an NSD tomorrow - well, I need to make some effort.

Have a nice day and enjoy your pub treat.

hey Strumpet! good to be back in touch. Congrats on OH moving in - make sure he spoils you plenty! ;) Sounds like quite a few of us (except of course hypno who is as ever an inspiration!) have let things slip a little - maybe we need a "back on the wagon" challenge?!
