Hey guys,
Hoe fab it is to know that I lost another 2½lb last night at SW bringing my weightloss to 6lb in 3 weeks!!! I am over the moon and now, people I haven't seen for a while are noticing that I have become slimmer! It's a great confidence boost!
My consultant suggested that I become a consultant myself. Don't know if I have the time although it would be a great way to earn a bit of extra cash!
Off to ASDA to buy a chicken for lunch. My colleague had a nightmare with their online delivery last night. It was all wrong and took 75 minutes to check off. She said the driver of the van was a right perv too. Dented my faith in online grocery deliveries. She said she got a melon with 4 hours use by date left on it and a pile of meat she didn't want which ALL needs to be eaten by midnight tonight!!!
I got a loaf of WeightWatchers bread donated as she never ordered that either!!!

Well done on the weightloss Strumps - I need to do something to shift my many bellies:rolleyes: Someone recommended that I detox for 10 days but the thought of living on water, fruit juice and maybe a little clear broth fills me with dread and anyway I am sure it is bad for you.
I never buy groceries online because I like to feel the produce myself - I just dont trust them to provide food that is in date either, plus I like to buy in the quantities that I want and not what the supermarket says I should have. Leo called me this morning - he had a bright idea about glasses but I told him that I have to have my eyes tested at the hospital end of story really, then he suddenly wondered how I was going to do my shopping - I would have loved to have been taken to Lidl when he was here the other day:rolleyes: I said that I would have to do several trips to the shops but I like to shop in Rubery which is a short drive (its a bit far to walk), its a lovely village which has a small tesco but it has good greengrocers and an excellent butcher (it also has a cheapo butcher which smells strange and the meat seems to be prepacked and frozen..yeuk), it also has all the major high street banks: lloyds, hsbc and barclays, there is also a small co-op where I also like to shop. I remembered yesterday that I can get the bus from outside my flat to Rubery as I remember seeing the bus there the last time I parked on the pub carpark (also a public carpark that is free - I used to park on the co-op but that has craters big enough to swallow an elephant on it and I don't like damaging my car). In fact I might go there later as I need some toilet rolls as I only have 2 left:eek:0 -
Oh Strumpet - what can I say? That is fab news about your weight loss - well done! You must be chuffed to bits. If you could aim to lose 1lb by next week then you will have lost half a stone. then you will get your half stone award.
Don't forget to update your siggy.Debt free and Keeping on Track0 -

Aw - you are very encouraging - thank you! Have been AWOL for a while and not doing too well but much better now and getting back into stuff. New diary - new plan. Cheers.0 -
Horace - don't do the detoxing - I once followed the cabbage soup diet for 6 days - lost 10 lbs and within a week I had put it all back on again. Its not the way to go. The way to do it (hark at the expert!!!!) is to eat less and exercise more!Debt free and Keeping on Track0

When I have my new glasses I will be able to exercise more as I will be able to see to walk to Northfield to visit some of the shops because lately I have been using the bus:rolleyes: I think that I haven't been eating enough - I have never been able to eat breakfast as it makes me feel rather queasy (I was the same when I was at school and I faced a just short of 2 mile walk to school every day).
I will try and do better when I have my new specs.0 -
I think you are right and exercise is the key. I am terrible and don't do very much at all.
Have a good weekend everyone.
Strumpet you will despair of me and my diet as I'm going to the pub tonight for dinner:DDebt free and Keeping on Track0 -

That's OK Mrs P - you need to ditch WW and join SW. You can have a pub meal quite eaisly without !!!!!!ing up the eating plan!
Eg Red Day - mixed grill and salad
Green Day - Vegetable Lasagne and sald
Easy peasy, but you've got to want to do it!!! Come on now Mrs P - I know you can do it and I'd sooner not have to drive down to Cornwall and slap your legs now!!!!!
LOL - You'll be fine - just avaoid the double helpings of Sticky Toffee Pudding and Jam Roly Poly!!!!!!!
I shall expect an update of what you ate!!!!
