Ah but you will find someone when you least expect it and in the meantime you can enjoy the single life:D Try not to be too despondent - I will ring you later, I have to go to the shop now as I need to get some milk.

Strumpet - sending you massive hugs.

I am so sorry about SW but at least you stayed the same. I had another disaster yesterday! Ate chocolate (lots). I've got today off work, although I have to go in over lunchtime for a couple of hours. Tomorrow I'm off on a course again DH and DS are coming with me as school has finished and DH has a day off work. They will go swimming and have fun while I'm at my course:mad: We will then all meet up and go and watch Harry Potter on a big screened cinema (which will be a lovely treat). We do have a small cinema near us and do support it but to be honest it is like sitting in someone's front room (I kid you not).:D For BIG films we make a special effort to go out of county and watch on a decent sized screen! As I have to go for work they might as well come too.:j On the way home we're going to have (close your ears Strumpet - fish and chips).

I am being good today dietwise then as much as possible be good tomorrow then come Saturday I shall be raring to go - I need to get cracking as I am aiming to lose 10 lbs in 6 weeks - 2 weeks will be gone by Monday morning so I need to get a move on.

Horace - I bet you feel so much better now you have washed your hair. Its funny how something like that can make you feel so good.

Off to work now. Won't be an nsd as DH wants mushrooms to go with dinner tonight;)

Sounds like a good time MrsP - I have been in cinemas that are like sitting in your front room so I also appreciate watching films on proper big screens. Anyway fish and chips are good for you and it isnt as though you eat them every day.

I succumbed to biscuits yesterday chocolate ones and so far I have eaten 4:eek: but I have hidden them in the fridge.

I rang Strumps and left a message - guess he must have been up in the belfry again.

I have tried to offer him a chocolate suggestive biscuit but apparently its a sin under SW - so I shall find him some fat free biscuits tomorrow instead.

    He's only stopping for a quickie:eek:

    Hello my little Rubik Cubes!

I am indeed heading South (I have my passport!!!), and I am calling to Horace's gaff for a cup of tea and a fat free biscuit. I am very excited about meeting you Horace - we've been mates for almost a year now but we've never met but tonight's the night!!!

So how you doing on your healthy-eating plan Mrs P (Not calling it a diet - take note!!! LOL). I seem to be doing very well this week as I have switched to original days instead of the Extra Easy plan. Made a quiche last night:

Lined a flan tin with ham, all over lapping to create a hole free base
Fried some bacon and put it in the bottom of the flan tin along with some red peppers chopped.
Beat a tub of Quark soft cheese into 8 eggs and added spring onions.
Poured the egg mixture carefully into the tin and cooked in the oven for 1 hour until the eggs we set.

SYN wise, it's about 0.5 SYNs for an eighth slice and it's very yummy although perhaps the ham makes it a little salty for my tastes. Good as picnic food though especially as it's almost "free" food!!!

Anyway Mrs P - you'll need to let me know how you've done this week so I can either congratulate you or slap your legs!!! LOL

    See you about 18:30 Horace!!!
Going to put your postcode into Multimpa so I can get a birdseye view of where you live so I can locate somewhere to park the car!!!

If there is a space you can park right outside my flat too:cool:

I couldnt find any fat free biscuits and I am wondering how sinful a strawberry tart is? You are an honoured guest so I made a special trip to Selfridges for you and whilst I was there I got a tin of biscuits for the theatre staff at the hospital:D Be prepared Strumps - I have gifts for you in the form of: some filter coffee, a bottle of salad dressing, and a lakeland herb keeper as I dont use fresh herby derbies and you would make more use than I.

Have a safe trip and I am now off to do some tidying up and get rid of the pile of washing up that I have left and left since the weekend:eek: (I have done some but left the pans).

Now I'm wearing my scruffs but do I need to dress up a bit so I look less like a chav?

I am also convenient for the bus, the train and the M42.
