Cahoot log in problem....

Also struggling today.
I have an account, without much money in it, so obviously I am allowed to access that with no problems whatsoever.
My wife has an account, with a fair wad of money in it, some of which we need in order to pay a credit card bill. Of course there's no chance of being able to log in to that account!
Just keep getting "error - sorry a problem has occurred", any refreshing just moves us on to the "experiencing difficulties applying" message, which isn't particularly helpful.
This has been going on all afternoon.0 -
mine 2??
anyone called....0 -
Can't face it tonight. Sent them a secure message, not that it's likely to do any good.
Did a quick search earlier and it seems the Santander takeover had led to cahoot going downhill rapidly:

I'm going to wait till tomorrow morning, and then will phone.0 -
I cant even send a secure message?
let me know if they reply please:D0 -
For heaven's sake - why are people sticking with this shower? And that goes for all Santander's cr*ppy UK banking operations! :question:0

I certainly won't be after this Doc.I cant even send a secure message?
let me know if they reply please:D
Will do, although I'm not counting on a reply any time soon.
Just logged in to see what the current status is. Since yesterday they've now deleted all of my payees, direct debits and standing orders. When I try to add a payee back onto the account, it's says the entry is not valid. When I try to make a payment directly, I get the "experiencing difficulties applying" message.
I find this astonishing. Online banking with other banks sometimes is unavailable for an hour or two for various reasons, but this is ridiculous. Currently can't pay anyone, and the fun hasn't even started for real yet when I start gettting contacted by all sorts of people saying my standing orders/direct debits haven't been paid. Luckily I have another bank account, but sadly the balance in cahoot is far higher than the other one.0 -
Yikes, me too! My entire payments address book has been emptied! Off to town today to open a Norwich & Peterborough account!0

Can't even log in now. Will brave their customer services phone line when I get time later. I imagine it'll take a while because everyone else will be phoning them and by all accounts they've cut the number of staff.0

let me know if they reply please:D

Just received that reply. There was no phone call and still "experiencing difficulties applying" when attempting to carry out any transaction.
Has it started working for anyone else?0 -
