Sadly what I got was a reply saying that M&S couldn't find my policy.... You wonder what would happen if I died and someone tried to claim on it? I forwarded them all the required details, now waiting some more...0 -

This is the reason why i dont trust "annual admin fee" websites, they will reject transactions they have been paid for just to ensure they get a good income out of the site!
Wish i did it! A bit tooo late!0 -

Well, still nothing. I've just posted the following at cashbackkings;I completely agree that cashbackkings should have paid out, and then taken legal action against the third party/HSBC/M&S.
I really can't see that cashbackkings have done ANYTHING to resolve this matter. Every so often they have appeared on the forums, saying that they are trying to resolve this for us - but really this just means that they have sent the occasional email - with no sense of urgency, or no other actions taken.
I made NINE payments to M&S, and have now cancelled the policy. I have not received what I was entitled to. The service from cashbackkings, and from M&S/HSBC has been appalling. Probably the worst I have ever encountered. This should have been easily resolved a long time ago. The chances of anyone now resolving it are slim - and that speaks volumes about ALL the parties involved. Cashbackkings should be ashamed that it ever got to this stage. Their reputation has now gone - and that of the owners. M&S are no better - they should have paid out a long time ago, and their unwillingness to do so will cost them in the long run.
So, I think it is time for us to now take this further. If we sit here waiting for someone else to do something, then we're no better than cashbackkings. If cashback is not paid within 7 days, then I will commence legal proceedings. I'd encourage anyone else in the same situation (i.e. - not paid) to do the same. I'll be posting over at MSE (it's gone, but was it any good forum, under quick grabbit while you can). I'd encourage others to do the same - I suspect that cashbackingkings will be along to remove my post, or stop any such discussion. However, they've allowed it to come to this, and they now have 7 days to resolve it.
Anyone else in the same position? I can't see any way forward now other than legal action...

within an hour or so of posting my cashback has been paid, and the owner has promised a resolution for everyone by Monday. I'll be keeping my fingers crossed for everyone...

I signed up when it was 3 months or something like that. They keep fobbing me off with "they won't pay for <6 months" but that doesn't fly for me; I scored a goal and then they moved the goalposts to just beyond where the ball came to rest, then claim "no goal". That's just cheating - if M&S aren't honouring, they need to sue M&S to recover the money. The thanks button is here to the right. If you find a post saves you money, gives you useful information, or you agree with it, take a second to thank the poster!
