    Has anyone received their cashback yet? Mine is still in 'extended' :confused:

    Plus, I never received an M&S voucher - some of you said you've emailed about this - could you tell me the email address please?

    i believe that the the terms were amended so that the cashback payment should be made after 6 months now, not 3. The voucher was defintely extended to need more payments (5 or 6 i think).

    I emailed customerservices.internet@mandsmoney.com , who then forwarded it on to the life insurance people. Vouchers came a couple of days later. This was about a month into my policy.

    someone else who took out the insurance earlier said they actually got the cashback the month after the final qualifying month - hopefully before the 7th payment goes out.

    Perhaps those who havent had their Cashback as promised despite the conditions for Cashback having been changed twice could ask Cashback Kings for a response via its Forum ;)
