I've had the meter reader round twice - my meter is giving off the wall readings all the time - my usual bill has gone from £30 to £125 so my credit has now gone right down - I was going to cash it in for pressies(not happy now).
As requested I've been taking daily readings - which are fine - doesn't explain why last month it suddenly jumped about 1000 units!!! Currently using about 5-8 units/day when I'm at home and working on the oc or 3-4 if we're just in in the morning and evening. 1 unit per day when I was away - so why 1000 for a month?
Trying to decipher the online bill is horrendous as well - i had 2 issued for this qtr, 1 the day after the other with all the extra charges from the meter reading on it and then showing loads of withdrawn charges as well. i think they must think if it's hard to decipher, we won''t complain??Noli nothis permittere te terere

I too had no problems until in Jan 2004 I made the silly mistake of going onto their duel fuel online tariff.
Since then I have NEVER, EVER had a correct bill at the correct time with the correct discount.
Bunch of "merchant bankers"0 -
Ive just received another "final" final bill with no less than 6 pages of various meter readings and credits and debits, all of which bear no relation to any of the readings I have provided. Clowns :mad:0

Like many others on here I'm also leaving PG. I'd be interested to know if anyone is actually joining PG at the moment.0

E.ON are taking over Scottish Power.
The lunatics are taking over the asylem.
The 2 worst run companies in Britain in bed together. What a thought.

I switched to npower a month ago becos powergen are rubbish. Got a call from npower saying we were moving back to powergen (would we stay call) as they said powergen were requesting on my behalf that I wanted to move back. I've not had any form of contact from them at all! Npower are putting through an objection at the mo!A fine is a tax for doing wrong. A tax is a fine for doing well.0
