    oh yeah your on IDNET that CAPS your download to 30/60GB a month and if you go over that pay a fortune

    yep thats totally unlimited BB like i said living in a bubble

    No, once again you are showing ignorance I'm afraid, I do not pay for 30GB a month...so factually wrong.

    I pay for what I use, which is less than 5GB a month.

    IDNet does not squeeze bandwidth at any time day or night, that is what matters to me.

    I prefer to pay for a quality service with UK Support that know their stuff, not for some script monkey in India to flannel me while charging a premium on the phone call.

    Anyway, you are happy with Virgin and their dire service..fine by me.

    Oh and this is taken from the Virgin thread on here;

    " My sympathies Roger. This is my third day without email and the second long outage in only a few months. I wonder if other providers inflict their customers with such lack of service. "

    Nuff said.:rolleyes:
  • Here's Virgin Media's policy for 'Traffic Management'

    I could easily download 500MB between the hours of 4pm and 9pm, so I've probably had my effective download speed halved several times.

    Inactive you seriously need to change your attitude on this board. The way you speak to people is appalling, surely you have better social skills than that?

    I think to be fair the VM zealot's opinion was appalling first, and he's just retaliating.

    Unfortunately, it's becoming increasingly common that a question gets asked in here, then gets answered, then the trolls come out and take things off at a tangent, arguing about stuff that's (a) irrelevant to the OP, and (b) grade A !!!!!!!!.

    Windows/Linux, PC/Mac, DSL/Cable, XP/Vista, Intel/AMD and so on. It's pathetic. :confused:
    They say it's genetic, they say he can't help it, they say you can catch it - but sometimes you're born with it

    You can't backpedal and add information to validate your previous opinion. :P
    No, you didn't understand what I meant, and then I cleared it up.

    Reading back on it, it was poorly worded, and I can see why you would have thought I said what I said.
