Just in a rush set my BM (253 in think) to bake an xl standard loaf when i want a small sandwich. switching it off it retains the info, how do I reset it?
Thanks0 -
No worries, left it switched off for 5 mins and it reset itself0
-
I think mine is 254 but when you switch it off it remembers the settings for 10 minutes, so if you switch it off for 15 then it should forget?0
-
I did this and then kept switching it on and off too quickly (no patience!), Mine needs more than 5 minutes to reset, I think it was more like 15...Piglet

If you set it to go then press the start button again and hold it in for a while, it will reset itself.:jPreemie hats 9 :j0

I am getting a problem with wholemeal loaves. They turn out ok but very difficult to cut. The crust is very soft (can't change the setting) and it's very crumbly when cutting. I use both white and wholemeal flour in the recipe.0

As above, I have managed to lose my recipe book/instructions! Is there anyway I can get a copy/find the thing online? Luckily I know my granary sandwich bread recipe by heart (well it seems to work-may not be EXACTLY right :rotfl:) but do need to be able to make dough etc etc
(if anyone has an authentic ciabatta recipe that would be great too)
