Hi all, I didn't get the shower room windows painted as it was raining. At 3.30 we had a teriffic storm, thunder, lightening and hailstones, really big ones. The sky was black and the rain/hail was almost horizontal. Right now the sun is streaming through the window, clear blue sky. spooky.

DF called around with a load of washing, their machine broke down, they have only had it 5mths. Engineer calling Fri. When he called to collect he brought us a huge basket full of HG veg, salad and a bottle of wine.
Should I start a laundrette me thinks?
Managed to put last coat of paint on in Unility room and DH has laid the tiles.
Hope to move chest freezer in there tomorrow in between DH going to Drs at 10am for a fasting blood test and my hosp app at 2pm. Somehow don't think we will have time, oh well something to look forward to on Thurs. What an exciting life we lead.
SILVER CHARMING, your reaction at the Drs. was totally normal, PLEASE don't think you were being a Muppet. You have had a great deal of worry and have kept strong and coped very well, now that Dave is on the mend it's your mind/body telling you that it's ok to let go of the stress you have had to hide, hence the outburst from nowhere, better out than in sweetie.:A
p.s. I'm not on FB either.
WANNABESYBIL, you made me :rotfl: at you pondering as to take the pushchair or the dinghy.
MS DIVA, hope you're feeling better.
TNG, welcome back, long time no hear from.
SHEZ enjoy your meeting with CATOWN.
(((gentle hugs Smokie, how are you?)))
Hope you all enjoy the evening. xx0 -

For now.
JoannasMUm, that FB group sounds like it will be incredibly helpful as I have completely lost the plot with (mainly) who's who!!! Just have to figure out how to find the group....
Waiting around today for MFI to collect DW that broke as they want it for inspection. Also need to write snotty letter to their ExtraCare insurance bit as the saga of getting said DW changed/collected has been ridiculous. May see if I can summon motivation to do some tidying up!!!
Have a good day & (((((((((((((hugs))))))))) to all those needing them
