Hi TNG
I'm sorry the lodger has moved back home & I now have my BIL stating with me, which isn't quite so amusing. Though I did meet up with some of my 'alternative' friends on Saturday & there is an entry all about that on the blog.

:rotfl: Mr LW and I first met at D&D when I first joined Mensa...... first thing the toerag did was fireball me!! That was January 2002 - but I got my own back on him..... I moved in with him in May 2002.:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:
For the record...
My darling husband first roleplayed together in 1985! And we were roleplaying last night, but not D&D. It's our own diceless rules, which are a lot of fun if there are just two of you.
I have very fond memories of playing D&D with a group who tried to persuade my Paladin that a bordello was a type of orange :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:Ankh Morpork Sunshine Sanctuary for Sick Dragons - don't let my flame go out!0 -

Hi again
It is blowing a gale here. Have been to Asda managed to get quite a lot of reduced chicken, so we are having some of it in a stir-fry tonight. Also managed to find a nice bhudda (sp) for my Dad as it's his birthday on Saturday and he wants it to fill a space in the garden.
Feel so sorry for the people camping out for folk week. at least it's not tipping it down, will get the washing in shortly, only put it out an hour ago and it must be dry by now.
Have had green caterpillars eating my salad veg (little b*****s).
Have a good evening all. am looking forward to a repeat of Dr Who and an early night
.

I joined facebook(I think) when this site was down a while ago but couldn't get to grips with it all, I'm probably still on there somewhere
we had our annual boiler servicing today and our open fire was condemmed as dangerous and we are banned from using it:rolleyes: all because we are supposed to have an air brick in the wall. We have lived here for nearly 13 years without one:rolleyes: and they never noticed it before. The housing association are sending someone out urgently to do it. We dont use it often but probably will in the winter with the price of gas.
Got to pop and wake DH up now from his afternoon nap. back laterDo what you love :happyhear0 -
