mcal - of all the starters in all the world, its just typical you chose the wrong one! so annoying, isn't it.
I have decided not to do anymore for them, theres no fee just the food, so going to concentrate on jobs with at least a fee. The thing that gets me is I emailed a specific question about the ordering and I got a poor response - not answering the question, just a copy of the top of the instructions where it tells you what to order. If I had understood that I wouldn't have been emailing. GAP were a good start to learn the ropes , but thats it.0 -
Finished my 10 part gym visit for RE today. Hurrah! Deadline is Monday if anyone still has any to do. Good luck.0

On the subject of Gap not paying that's only happened to me once when I visited the wrong bettting shop. Who'd have thought there would be two on the same street in a small market town!!! At least Retail Eyes inform you when there are more than one on a town - wouldn't take much to do that.
My main objection was the standard rejection email which wasn't at all personal even though it was a response to a personal one I had sent. I think they are a bit impersonal sometimes. I will think twice about doing more for them, though.Gala bingo wins £70!!! mystery shopping earnings: £0

I've just submitted a report to Gap on a pizza delivery job. The automated email came back within a few seconds and it says my report has gone to a 'pending database' and someone may be in touch to clarify or ask for additional information. Now, obviously, they haven't had time to read my report, so can anyone tell me what this means - do they send random reports to be checked, or what?0

I've had that response a few times, and it seems to be whenever I send a report through mid-late evening.
I've just sent one through on a job I did at tea-time today, and have just had the "pending" reply back.
I've never heard back from them yet over any reports - although there's always a first time.....!!! Watch this space...!!!
Don't worry!:D0 -

If there's anything negative on the report it will go to the pending database, perfect ones fly straight through
Ooh, I was worried they might have the system set to pick up negative comments. I do hope I'm not going to get queries on this - not least because they tend to wait 3 or 4 days, by which time I've mentally moved on to the next job and it's not so fresh in my mind. The report was quite negative in places.0 -
You don't often get queries on the pending ones, quite rare in fact. Their system is set to flag up where negative comments have occurred, so that they can check they have enough information to give a reason to the client. If you haven't given enough info about the negative comment, then they may contact you, but as I said, this isn't very often! :beer:0

Fingers crossed then! I did put quite a lot in the comments section at the end, so hopefully they will have enough info!0 -
I just did an off license last night for RE, and got the report submitted very promptly. By 10:30pm I had enjoyed some of my spoils, written the report and rearranged a couple of my other shops although I had to cancel the other off license job because there are no buses going there at that time of the evening and I don't drive.0
