Oooooh! Now I am cross!!! Had an e-mail saying that Gap had a query, and I have not responded in time, so I am not being paid!!!
Only problem is that I have not had the query! And actually, looking at the e-mail resume, it isn't really a query, since it asks for information that I have actually given very clearly. GGGrrrrhhhhh!
I might not be so cross had I not responded 4 days ago (while even away from home!) stating that I hadn't received the original e-mail, and how unhappy I was about their response, had I not tonight had a reminder about an outstanding shop.
Do they really think I'm going to carry out shops having bering been told what 'a disappointment to their standards' I am?
Especially since I can get paid double by their competitors?

Forward the said mail to susan.izzet@gapbuster.com

She told someone off in a mail once for using different colours in his email text :rotfl:

You shouldnt have to accept that, disgraceful.

I picked up some bookies for Gfk, so binned the ones for Gap, only a £8 difference in fees :rotfl::T:eek:
  • I have been paid by Bare, a bit of a rant, I've moved my account off Halifax, I was overdrawn due to payments coming out, I put £43 in to bring me under the small o/d I had, they have taken £28, then another £35 in charges, the Bare money hasn't even brough me back under my limit.:mad::mad:.

Accept I was over, but within a week I had paid money in to bring it back under, they then put well back over the limit.

If this is the first time you have incurred these charges..

Ring the Halifax and calmly\politely explain why you went over and you'll never do it again  and sweetly ask if they can either cancel the charge or at least reduce it.

    Next step
Ditch the Halifax as they are swindlers
  • I thought banks weren't allowed to charge exorbitant fees like that any more... or has all Martin's work been in vain???

Hello!! This is my first post so please be gentle! I started MS this week, did my first one on this week for GR. Also now joined with Gfk and RE. Just wondering - on RE it says none available but when I search for assignments I see one or two within the mileage range I ask for. Just don't want to miss opps for jobs because they don't come up on my page properly?? I know I can only do one at a time on probationary but thats why I want to get a few more out the way!

    Thanks for any help

each RE mile is equiv to 75 Ordnance Survey normal miles, in case you hadn't noticed :rotfl:

I think it is on hold, the test case etc until a proper ruling can be made; then to see if the banks dare appeal against it too

I have been on a booking spree for Saturday, at the beginning of the week I had 2 jobs booked for Sunday(coffee and a phone shop), but now I have changed them to Saturday to save on journeys and have booked another 3 :T including meal out, Jewel shop, shoe shop :j Thought I had a bar visit too but thats not on the right date so can't add that one :(
Anyway, thats a busy Sat pm for me  I have also got a GR bank on friday too. Have had to rearrange jobs for next week due to getting eyes lasered and not sure if I will be up to doing them for a good few days after
