Blindman - sorry I didn't respond before but I was away. When I said that Bare had paid I had had a notification of money coming into paypal (which I prefer with them since my bank charges £9:eek: to accept their fees otherwise)

Sinderella - Are you serious? they charge us £9???? I said no to paypal because I thought we would get charged for the payment coming in??

Sorry to go on about this yet again, but this is my first payment from Bare and it looks like I am getting less and less money by the day!!

It's your bank that charges the £9.00 to convert the Euros to £'s
    Some do, some don't

However the last two months payments from BARE have actually been in £'s

They have paid me today.(at last...)

Glad to hear you got something from them Blindman - I however have not and am still waiting!

But, I am having another crisis today - I did an assignment for RM today and went online to submit report and it wont accept the p-word and/or username on the brief! I tried ringing the 0845 number, but giving the time of day there is no answer. I have sent an email, but dont expect to here anything tonight - has this happened to anyone else with RM? Will I still get paid as it is going to miss the 12hour period?

    Help?
  • Hi all

New to this thread. Have been doing the odd visits for GR for a few months now but am having a few problems with Bare. I keep applying for visits (even the ordinary self assign ones) but whenever I log into my scheduling page they have been deleted. Its as though I am not getting approved for any of them.

Does anyone else have this problem. Starting to get a complex ;o)

Personally I gave up with Bare ages ago, but some people do get jobs with them, it could just be you are in a big city with lots of people applying (well thats what I tell myself). They also pay in Euro's which can incur small losses. Are you registered with any other companies ?
Lots of new people on this thread over the last few days so welcome to you all.

I've given up with them too - but I blamed the fact I live in the middle of nowhere for not getting any jobs!!

On the paperwork does it have two lots of log in details. I did one last week and the new details did not work so I had to use the old details again.

I actually like BARE. They assign visits to me when I apply and on the whole, I think the visits are very easy. I once did a posh designer clothes store and got over £30 worth of clobber as a reimbursement, you can't beat that! Plus Max is wicked. He sorts out all my problems for me and assigns me lots of jobs! I think he is one of the few members of staff for BARE from the UK. Most of the others are foreign and it's like talking to a brick wall with them.
