It depends. I'm starting to find that baking my own bread is not that much cheaper as we seem to go through more of it.The cakes depend on what type I make (the spiced prune cake though is best home made though - I've never seen it in the shops and I'll be pricing it up next time I make it
). This weekend will be the first time I've attempted quiche so that still remains to be seen. :rotfl::rotfl:

Half way through the bedroom so will carry on tomorrow but think i'll head to bed soon. Have done that many loads of washing today i've lost count but there's loads left, will try and get another load on before i go to bed.
Hubby rang and i have a feeling it's gonna be a late one i'm glad he's meet new people but if he dare brings them home like last week i'll choke him. I will not be sitting at 4.30 in the morning listening to them talking crap and making feeds. Have told him where the keys will be and if he forgets then he'll not get in.:rotfl:
Thanks for all the healing vibes for Bo and hugs, just so relieved tonight now that both operations are over and i can look forward to the hen night tomorrow night, cleared our room and found £35 in change so will get that changed tomorrow into notes and use it for the night.:jSometimes it seems that the going is just too rough. And things go wrong no matter what I do.Now and then it seems that life is just too much. But you've got the love I need to see me through.:j :j0 -
Vanilla - good news about Bo's ops, enjoy the hen party tomorrow
Mumof4 - you sound amazing, glad the meeting went well for you
Lil_me - have a good holiday and a great 30th
Hex, SarahS & Rebekah - have a good holiday (I'm probably too late with this post though)
GnB - envious of you going to the Tattoo, hope we'll get there next year
Apologies to all I have missed - my notes don't seem to make much sense. Many of you have had a difficult week with OH/DHs so hope the weekend is a lot better and everyone has cause to be happy.
I reckon I could do 10 or even 20 posts now but I really can't be bothered, nightDon't put it down, put it away - thanks Valli

serena, you're probably right, I moaned more when it was too hot than when it rained, maybe it's what I prefer after all :rotfl: just means more cleaning.
vanilla pleased Bo is doing well
mumoffour, sounds like you have a lot to deal with but do so very well, I can't imagine what it's like to go through what you are oing through but will be thinking of you and I am very pleased you got the result you hoped for.
Hippy thank you x
Not had chance to pop in, day time spent dashing about shopping etc then visiting relatives who's birthday is soon (she'd got me a pressie toobut leaving it to open next week) then spent this evening battling with my assignment.
As I'm here and I know I can be honest with you lot, I have lost every motivation I had with this course. I just got another result in, failed that one, I really tried hard aswell, just looks like this is going to prove too much for me. I'm still going to hand in the assignments but I really can't see myself passing either course this year. I might need to rethink and do something else.
Right, anyway, suppose it's about time I gave up for the evening and put the books away, loads of packing etc to do tomorrow then more studying, joy, oh I need to clean somewhere in the middle of that and do the 3-4 loads of laundry left. Hoping to set off early ish Sunday morning so we can get booked in about 12pm as the forecast is good until about 4pm....night night everyone xxxxOne day I might be more organised...........

Morning All
Hope everyone slept well. By children are all up, and grumpy! I do wish they'd stay in bed until they feel refreshed and happier!
Didn't get packed last night, as I was far too tired. But clothes are organised and ready to put in cases. Packed lunches are made. so not too bad.
RIGHT......  one argument too many already, I've sent DD3 back up to her room, and threatened DD2 & 3 with the same if they don't stop bickering.
Right, I'm going to look up the weekend list, even thought the house is gleaming!!! And find jobs for the little [STRIKE]gits[/STRIKE] darlings to get on with instead of being vile. I'll teach em to get up ludicrously early, and then be vile to each other!!!:DMwoahahahah

Morning All.
Mumof4- (((hugs)))))
Well spoke to DH last night and he say I should get out more ( I have to admit that he is right. I spend most of my days with the children or with my mum.) I plan on doing a course at college and maybe doing a scrapbooking class.
He also said that I should get counseling for losing my sister. I think that he maybe right (again!!) as I do spend a lot of time thinking about her and it has been nearly 2 years and maybe i do spend more time thinking about what I have lost rather than what I have got. I am just not good at talking about these things.
Bless him he did comment that the house looked tidy last night and he sent more time with the children than he usually does some maybe it has brought some home truths to him.January Grocery 11/3740
