Morning all,
I've had an action packed weekend.
I'm totally exhausted now.
DD & I loved Mamma Mia yesterday. I've been singing Abba songs all day today.
Who saw Benny & Bjorn in the movie? I did.
 Today DD went home at 1pm and XDIL & DGS came down for m'tea and left at 4pm. So not a lot got done this arv except for a headache.
Yesterday while I was out, DH picked a whole bucket of carrots & parsnips  so I've got to do something with them this week. The freezer is full already. Sigh. Found a really good tutorial for a superhero cape for DGS which I saved. Got the material for it yesterday and I went into today to print it out but it says the account has been suspended. Whatever that means. I so wish I printed it out Friday night. It was the best one I've seen.
Haven't watched much of the games yet but I don't think were doing all that well.
Lots of moaning on the news.
Moiliere So happy for you that everything went well.
Charlies Mum Have fun on the bouncy castle.
Well off to have a shower & watch the telly. I hope that show that was on about those couples that live in olden times comes here. It looked really interesting. <hugs> to those not well & that the weather improves.
Byeeeeeeeeeeeeeee Don't worry about the world coming to an end today. It's already tomorrow in Australia.

Morning all
Didn't get up so late this morning so feeling a bit more with it.
KATHY awww the wedding sounds so lovely, hope you have a good break now. Well done to you.
LELC welcome.
HUGS to anyone who might need one. SMOKEY hope you are ok and surviving the school holidays.
Went out dancing last night with OH and DS. No folk week for us until later as we have two birthday parties to go to today. It's windy and sunny here so shall hang out the washing in a mo. Really was cold and miserable here yesterday.
Also need to put the battery back in the car and see if it starts. I really do hate doing all these mucky jobs sometimes, but have no choice as OH has no idea and doesn't like to get his hands dirty  .
Have a good day all.

Morning all,
Bright and breezy here, got a load of towels in the wm, will get them out in a bit. Twin 6 yr old nephews stayed last night, they were very good, and slept end to end on a matress, one on them has sinus problems, and spent the night sniffing  , and the other one gets up on his knees and rocks constantly  so not a lot of sleep was had, but he ho. Going to take them up the woods this morning to run off some steam, then give them some lunch, then get them home, The first thing they asked this morning was when is our mum coming, this is the woman who went off for the weekend and left them no food, but they love her to bits.
Kathy so glad the wedding went well, I would love to see some photos, enjoy a rest now xx
Hugs to all in need xx
Smoky hope you are ok xx0 -
Morning Everyone
Had a late night last night - went to visit a friend for the afternoon and got home at 1.00a.m. She made a great supper of baked camembert with ciabatta and moules marinières, and we [strike]watched[/strike] cried through 'the bridges of madison county' - a great girly evening!
Still seems to be raining this mornig although I have just spotted some blue sky so I may risk putting the WM on. Can't risk cutting the [strike]field[/strike] grass though, as i think the clay under it is so wet it will just pull it all out by the roots.
Anyway - good to read about the wedding Mioliere - glad it was such a big success and the weather was on your side!
Hugs to all who need them and see you all later.
PO xx

off visiting relatives today, bit of shopping on the way and we'll see what else I can fit in!
sounds a lovely day moliere, hope everyone has a lovely day.x x x0 -
Thank you all for your kind words! I'll post some piccies on the Wooligans site over the next couple of days then post the link here because I can't seem to post piccies straight on here!
We're busy putting the house to rights after all the visitors and I need to go and buy some food because we don't have much left to eat.
N9EAV - so sorry you're having so much rain. It must be so frustrating.
Hope everyone has a peaceful Sunday.

Pen, don't be sorry, you have so much to put up with, and do so well. Sending you lots of ((( hugs )))
Have you tried speaking to your nurse or health visitor - maybe you could get some respite care, or help. Sorry, don't really have any experience of this, but maybe there is some help out there
You're only young once, but you can be immature forever

((((penpin))) Thinking of you
Princesspixie- wonderful to hear you are going to have fun in Aberdeen - it's near to my home town and here's me way down in Suffolk - missing Scotland dreadfully at the moment but did manage to have a mini hol up there a couple of weeks ago and going up to Edinburgh tomorrow til Fri. Haven't been to Aberdeen for about 8 or 9 years though! Great to hear of someone winning a competition - well done.
Kathy - so glad the wedding was wonderful and you have all those happy memories! You really deserve to put your feet up now.
Sun here. WM on. Going to library in a few mins to put some books back. Will try not to take anything else out as I have plenty.
Have an early flight tomorrow (7am!!) so will have a lazyish day today. Sounds a good excuse! Can't wait to see DD and DS tomorrow. My first sighting of DS on this trip will be on stage. I sooooooooo hope they get some people in the audience every day. The average number is incredibly low for smaller Fringe events - I think it's single numbers
. Might spend some time leafleting.
Have a lovely day all and ((((hugs))) to poorly folk and those feeling down.

Morning all!
Sun is out, but wind is blowing a gale, still at least it's stopped raining lol!
Not much planned today, except using the shiny new remoska - did roast pork for lunch and then pizza and chips in it yesterday, how simple, and do I feel smug saving money using it or what! Will be focaccia and soup for dinner, prob something roasted for lunch, got half a pig arriving in the next couple of days, so need some freezer space so will eat up something that's in there, lamb chops prob.
Might drag kids round a NT property if I get my act together and the weather holds, alternatively I might stay in bed all day and play on the computer - I wish!
Hope everyone has a lovely day, off for a catch up and hugs to all in need xxGC Oct £387.69/£400, GC Nov £312.58/£400, GC Dec £111.87/£4000
