Having calmed down from the knobhead guide incident last week and decided just to ignore him. I reviewed my rating policy and decided to go back to proper rating.

Since then I've rated one particular reviewer as U twice, because she puts in a whole shed load of stuff about ingredients and packaging on her products, and I don't find 300 words on the colour of the lettering on the box useful. She has since gone onto my account and rated two old reviews as SU :rolleyes:

Looking at her account she even has the cheek to put in her write up that her reviews are more than useful, thank you, and please don't rate less.

LOL - I guess everyone's useful is different!

Good on you though for deciding to rate properly! The more people that do it, the more accepting of rates folks should become!

I find I'm losing a lot of respect for dooyooers who I used to respect a lot because there are some reviews that are just AWFUL and they're rating them as very useful. I'm not even talking about reviews that are kinda okay but reviews that I'm rating as not useful (okay, I can be harsh, maybe most people would rate them as somewhat useful).

I can't believe people actually put in their profiles not to rate their reviews as low. I'm the kind of person who would be so offended at being told what I should find useful that I would just not read their reviews.

Now see that is an obvious case of revenge rating if you ask me.

The fact that user has deliberately gone back to one of your early reviews to rate it shows that too. I'll bet there were at least 50 later reviews she could have rated before she chose that one but deliberately went for an early one knowing it wouldn't be of as high a quality as the ones you write now.

I hope you report her for that otherwise she will just continue with such devious tactics and the fact she quite openly states she doesn't like getting low rates on her profile is something else you can use to back up your complaint.

Have to say I have lost a lot of respect for that user too.
