I have never said I reported you to Dooyoo, and I haven't reported you to Dooyoo.

I never said your rate had been removed, and AFAIK it is still there.

Not one thing I have said is a lie. And yes it may well have been a moan, but when someone tries to do the right thing and rate accurately (as the guides ask), then they get revenge ratings, they (including me) have every right to moan.

I don't believe I have given you any advice either, perhaps you could quote that along with the other things I haven't said?

I think you are being very disingenuous. Fiver29 has been a member for 3 months - she is hardly a raw "newbie" on the site.

Like I said I make observations on what I see, not "flimsy accusations", and I stand by what I observed in your behaviour, which I note you haven't fully addressed. And you completely ignored my question about what you had reported Fiver29 for.

have just read the few posts above and without being rude wondered if it's be ok to just ask a question and completely change the subject??

i've written a few reviews now and seem to be getting fairly good ratings either very useful or useful which i'm happy with. However, i never seem to get that many ratings on my reviews, I always try and choose something that others might actually benefit from reading a review on before buying as opposed to some for everyday items which i would never dream of reading a review on ( no offence meant here). But i've noticed that some people get over 100 ratings on their reviews? Could someone let me know how or why this is as i like to think that my reviews are useful but it seems that they're not getting many reads really other than one that had had 475 readings overall but only 17 from members! suggesting that some people are finding it useful but as they're not member then i'm not really getting the benefit of writing the review

The main way to get rates is to read and rate yourself...people will see that you are taking part in the site and then return your ratings.

Also, crowned reviews tend to get more member reads so make sure your reviews are of a high quality.

If you are churning you won't get much in the way of reads - I tend to rate just one review per day and ignore reviews from obvious churners.

If you don't return rates some people won't go back to your reviews. I am not saying this is right, but its just the way some people work.

If you read it properly, that wasn't about you. The entire world doesn't revolve around you. That post was made way before the one about an un-named person among hundreds. No one mentioned your name, you did it yourself :rolleyes:

Thank you for your reply. I admit I was first drawn to the site after reading reviews for baby items as i was pregnant at the time and the lure of being able to earn money for reviewing this sounded really good. However, in reality i have only been doing one review every couple of weeks. Maybe if I start doing a few more then I may build up a circle of friends who are interested in reviewing the same products. I do sometimes find it tedious when someone rates my review and i look through theirs to try and return a rate and find that they have reviewed nothing that i am actually interested in reading. But I guess this is part of the politics of it all.

I'm hoping to avoid any fall outs with anyone as it seems a bit of a minefield at times

Well the world may not revolve around me but it does against spewed up negativity such as yours in which case I leave you to play.

Dooyoo is a site to enjoy and there's plenty of room for everyone. Not everyone will see your reviews always as useful and to suggest people are vindictive or revenge rating is pretty awful to me and rather big headed too. Like I said I would have much more appreciated you to come to me and air your opinion and yes your right I outed me, again showing your nothing but a liar. I have nothing to hide the FACTS speak for themselves. Not your opinion. Not your lies. Enjoy putting down other people I'm sure it makes you feel really great lol.
