I have just seen a review I rated as somewhat useful of yours Fiver. It's one on a Ds lite game which contained little information, and re reading through it actually deserved a not useful rate to be perfectly honest with you (in my opinion). Maybe people would care to take a look at your reviews your accusing me of rating unfairly? .(That's one of them)

I agree with you the length of a review doesn't matter too much it's whether it is clear and concise and as a rule I prefer lenghty reviews I guess in the style I write myself and I prefer more information than I need and then I can skim through information given rather than a brief review leaving me more baffled about something than when I started to read it.

The reason I go on about packaging as you put it, is cos it's important to me and half the time on my reviews there is no photograph showing of the product I'm talking about. I shouldn't have to justify too much information, people know how to skip bits and I do give sub headings so people can find what information they need from my reviews. I can't make it more simple than that and when I do miss out stuff my regular readers complain. I can't please everyone and tailor my reviews to people in particular.

I don't write my reviews for people on Dooyoo as a rule. Sure I love the reads and rates and comments but at the end of the day that isn't the point about our reviews. Our reviews appear on search engines for people genuinly looking for the things we write about cos they are interested in it and WANT to know all about it. Not just people looking for the sake of it and to get a rate back. So the opinions of people on the site don't matter too much it's whether my reviews help to make genuine peoples minds up.

i will not change my style of writing for anyone as I dont know how to and the best thing to do is if you dont like someones style or the way they rate just leave them alone. You dont have to read my work and vice versa but I will rate if I want to and how I want to. My rates wern't unjustified they were very much in keeping with the general concensous.

Thats still not back up to what your on about though. You think because if I rated earlier and better reviews with vg I should then rate old and short reviews of yours the same for the sake of it? Your simply twisting things here. I had no idea I had rated 53 of your reviews even! I don't know even know who you are.

I rated according to your review not being so good in my opinion and I'm sorry you can't see that the ones I rated as vg probably were and the one's I rated as su were just that. If I had rated a few of your top reviews maybe that's then why I went back to your earlier reviews when I hit all the ones I'd rated on already? I don't know but your typing rubbish. If you want very usefuls then write better reviews. If I want better ratings off you I have to not talk about ingredients of things and packaging to please you. Like I say not happening and majority rules when it comes to rating reviews and on mine people tend to think on the whole they're very useful and yours is more a mixed bag. Me and you write differently and I'm glad I'm me thank you lol.

So the first ever rating I ever gave you was useful? Interesting so I've mixed my ratings up then not just consistently dragged you down with my rates? Surely that would be tactic if I was revenge rating? You yourself are proving with your own words that never happened lol

It has also been said on here that there is no way to prove revenge rating - after all , as you say yourself - everyone is entitled to their own view!

Indeed make do and mend that is why I came on and defended myself lol. We dont all operate the same as Fiver does and thats why people felt I was being started on, on here and let me know about it. Good point though how I'm wrong and Fiver is so very right in her view though lol x I dont copy what other people do particulary when Im not paying attention to them. Im no sheep ta lol

Seriously people get a grip and move on. This thread was started to provide dooyooers and potential dooyooers with advice and debate the finer points of the site. Air your dirty laundry in private !!!!!!. He said, she said, they said. It is all very childish dontcha know!

To me it looks like two people who have clashed over something they both thought was innocous enough at either end of the spectrum. I don't think revenge rating was involved on either part and I also think Foxy's (hiya!) personal profile is totally irrelevant to any discussion. Am I arrogant for mine? Probably but so what! I don't think Fiver intentionally "outed" anyone but terms such as nobhead guides etc being used about any member is uneccessary.

Shall we get back to what this site and thread is about. Helping others to get the most out of dooyoo.

Dooyoo is an excellent site, I have many online friends there and I do well financially. Im going no where so fiver has to deal with it somehow lol

Oh and one final thing Fiver did mean me and doesn't deny that she quoted from my profile at any point as she cant lol x

Actually I know they looked first, because I happened to be online at the time. However that is obviously impossible to prove. So as I stated before my assumptions are based on the facts that I know, nothing else, so no I don't have double standards.

I never denied anything, and wouldn't because I never back track on what I say, and try and pretend things were a joke. But from the thousands of dooyoo members it takes someone with a lot of time on their hands to go through every profile.

A profile is public reading, if you dont want people to quote you, don't write anything.
