    Hi,
    Just a Thought....

Can we all have a list with Dooyoo username here.........?????????

So that we can rate each other's reviews..........And we all will be benefited.....???????

To start with I am "smitapv2k" on Dooyoo.......Just joined yesterday.......I did my first 3 reviews ........if any one wants to rate them.......and add me to you to your friend circle..........it will be great........

Of course I will do return a Favour........
    Thanks,
    idlesaver

Sorry, I hit the "thanks" button in error.

There are rules against "clicking cartels" on dooyoo - there was a thread eventually locked because someone came on here and basically accused a lot of newbies of doing this even though we weren't so I would advise you against this sort of thing.

I would also point out that regular dooyoo-ers do not appreciate newbies "churning" out reviews and you will find if you have just joined and not been rating other people's reviews that they won't be willing to read and rate yours.

The rule of thumb for most people on dooyoo is that if you have more ratings than you give out then you aren't really "playing it by the book".

I write this sincerely as when I joined dooyoo I was a churner and I am ashamed to admit I actually have one review that not one single other dooyoo-er bothered to read. The point of the site is to get people to read and rate your reviews - you can actually make more money that way but of course it requires more time and effort on your part than just churning out review after review.

Thank you cheap_charlie for your useful advice.

Being a newbie on Dooyoo, I had not any idea of this.
    Will keep in mind this.........

  • Hi, I joined a few days ago, and wrote a few reviews, but my points are still under 'pending'. When are they likely to be redeemable? Is there any reason they wouldnt be? (I've got all positive reviews)

Hi, you have to wait 3 days until your pending miles change into redeemable miles. There is a time delay so your reviews can be checked by Dooyoo for quality to make sure they deserve the miles and that reviews have not been copied etc. . .

I recently joined dooyoo and I'm really enjoying it so far.
My biggest problem is that I like posting in the discussion area more than I like posting reviews and you don't earn any points for that! But I have managed to get some points so that's just a bonus. I was writing reviews on amazon for free so I might as well write them on dooyoo instead and get paid.
I'm a bit nervous that they're not good enough. I think if you're being paid to do something then you should put more effort into it and at the moment I'm not sure if my reviews are good enough to actually be paid for them...I'm still in amazon review writing mode!

Nowt wrong with posting in the discussion area. You still get points for reads but not for crowns. If your reviews are somewhat useful or more you deserve to be paid for them. If however, you want a crown and as such an extra £1.50 (easily the best way to make good money). Then you do have to put the effort in. Reading other peoples crowned reviews is the key. Gives you an idea of what dooyoo might be looking for in each category. I would say do not become obsessed about length of review. I really write reviews over 700 words and have had loads of crowns. It is all about the personal experience.

Might I ask if we do not post referral links? Dooyoo are likely to class this as abuse of the system. If you really must PM somebody a link but remember people you do not need a referral link to join dooyoo.

I love Dooyoo, I joined 2 weeks ago and already have accrued 30,000 points/miles. I write reviews for the pleasure of it and and love the fact people find them good enough to rate highly. Then fact you get rewarded for it too is a nice bonus
