After the day Ive had I could do with letting steam off - finally realised the judical system is a farce......... had to give evidence in a case, I was commended that my evidence was precise, stayed the same throughtout the last 3 yrs, (lot of paperwrk), yet ther opponent - lied, this was agreed by his barrister, mine and the judge...... yet they found in favour ........of him.....says it all. So get my teeth into something please..........
xx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx
  • Me and the missus both got 'in' in plenty of time, have our emails with reference numbers and cashback tracked, so would be only too willing to work as a team with others on here if this went pear-shaped. It's what being on this site is all about IMHO. Consumer revenge. ;)

I posted on HDUK, pointing out for people to look to see if they have a policy number recorded as there has been no conversations about it, as u can see already one has found no policy number. ( he wont be sleeping so well tonight. whistling2.gifwhistling2.gifwhistling2.gif)

Can anyone help with a problem please? I applied and was covered for 5 yrs @ £5pcm at 2.33am on the 7th - I know this as I copy/pasted the details and that is the time recorded in 'my docs'. However although I received the confirmation email a few minutes later the time on it says

    Thursday, 7 August, 2008 5:19 PM

This can't be, because that would make it some 15 hours after the actual time it arrived. All my emails are like this, hours out..

Does anyone know how to set email times so that they show the correct time please? I know this isn't exactly a PO ins query but it might help if I can get the right time onto the mail! I'm concerned that the PO could argue the time if/when I want to 'change my mind' in 3 months.

Is the time and date set correctly on your pc, and is it set to GMT ( london time or to a foreign country time zone)

If u running XP, go Control Panel/ Date and time and look to see what time it says and look at the bottom does it say GMT standard time.

Click internet time at the top ( 3rd along) is box ticked for time to be automatically syncronised with windows.com
