I once sent in enough cartridges to total about £35 worth of points and they never added them to my account!

have you contacted them about it? That's a lot of money!

It was a long time ago now (over a year) and I didn't contact them because I had no proof of posting......
"Buy me, Lady", said the frock, "and I will make you into a BEAUTIFUL & WHOLE & COMPLETE human being".
"Do not be silly", said the Man, "for a frock alone cannot do that".
"True", said the Lady, "I will have the shoes and the bag as well".

Didn't you try anyway? Appeal to their sense of consumerism? Did you regularly send in items for recycling? Could they see a history of it? Then they would believe you and maybe credit you with the money?

There is a limit, I think its 30 cartridges per year. Anything over that you don't receive any points for. Also, they don't give points for cartridges the 'fail the test'.
Not sure if thats any help?

Got my clubcard mailing today. As with all other Tesco mailings, where are all the bonus clubcard point vouchers? No till spit ones either.
I have not had any bonus points since November.
I can see myself going back to Asda at this rate, at least they are doing worthwhile offers.
  • We got ours today. Lots of 25 extra points vouchers- incredibly all for stuff we can actually use!

And I just ordered our Alton Towers tickets at the old rate of £8.75, wheres the booklet says £9.50.
Only dead fish go with the flow...
  • Merlin annual pass for one £37.50 in the brochure ;)
