Never had any when I've shopped on the weekends, but have been "lucky" when I've shopped on a Mon, Tues, Wed. Wonder if that has anything to do with it?Flickering_Ember wrote: »Why have I never, ever had a till spit from Tesco? Do you have a link to this TV please? I'm looking for a new TV and can't find a deal with 1000 extra points. I would love one if there's extra points on offer!
Thanks

Can anyone tell me if it is possible to top-up the clubcard plus account at the customer service till with a credit card - or is it cash only?
Thanks
Lynnden
You can top upwith cash or cheque @ customer service till.
Also, I've just made an enquiry regarding the 2points for £1 with the Tesco Clubcard PLUS. It applies to everything EXCEPT white goods & baby items. Suggest if you're going to get something on those lines, you're better off using their credit card (5pts per £4) instead of just swiping your clubcard (4pts per £4).
Husband buys all his fuel (& mine) for his company car using the Clubcard Plus & its obviously working for us - USA 2006 £1400 off the price of the holiday. Sri Lannka & Maldives 2009 £2200 off0 -
Apologies if I have asked this question in the wrong area if the forum. Does anyone know if the extra Clubcard points offer for registering for Tesco e-mails is being made this quarter? If it is can someone give me the link to join.0

Hi.Am i right in thinking you don't need a PIN number for a clubcard plus card?
If this is right how do you pay with it and check your balance at a cashpoint?0 -

I got a pin number with mine but never use it as I check my balance via the phone.
When you pay, you just sign like the days before chip and pin.

Be careful when booking with Cosmos using Clubcard Deals.
After Xmas hubby and I wanted to use our points (saved over 2 years!) for a winter break. We got a Cosmos catalogue from the local travel agents. We cashed in £250 of vouchers for £1000 to spend on a Cosmos holiday – yippee!!
Catalogue price (for 2 people) holiday All inclusive to Tenerife £1230 to £1430 (they have a range, not precise numbers! So we would have to pay the difference but not too bad. BTW price on-line same holiday £1208.
However, when I rang Cosmos to book (and give them the special numbers off my Cosmos/Tesco) vouchers the same holiday was £1658! Explanation from Cosmos was that was the Tesco Clubcard Voucher price was different from the Catalogue price. This meant I had to add a shed-load of money to make up the short-fall. I did book the holiday since I didn’t have enough cash to pay for a whole holiday.
I did write and complain to Tesco Clubcard Deals but only got a weasely-words reply.
The problem is in the brochure they dont always add things like fuel tax/surcharges/apd etc just has the base prices as prices on the others can change often! On line operators do sometimes give a discount for doing it on line- well known fact.I am a Travel Agent
My company’s ATOL/ABTA numbers are L318X. MSE doesn't check my status as a Travel Agent, so you need to take my word for it. ATOL numbers can be checked with the Civil Aviation Authority. This signature is here as I follow MSE's Travel Agent Code of Conduct.0
