  • PS thick question but I'd like to check....

If you use one of the coupons they send you, eg 25 points for spending £1 on bakery, does that mean you get 50 points? Or do the extra points just apply per usual pound, IYKWIM?

No extra point offers are not doubled just your basic spend. Also you need to use your CC+ to pay to get double points.

Hiya, i can't see this mentioned, but its a big old thread. Sorry if you all already know this, i didnt!

On ebay people are selling empty inkjets that tesco accept for points i've just bought 30 cartridges for £18.00 with postage inclded/free.
we use the points for days out and HOLIDAYS not just instore, so this is fab. 18.00 i just consider it as a bit put aside for holidays, but thats worth 120.00 off butlins next year to my family!!
dont think i should post the link, but here is the item number on ebay, if anyones interested. 200265828777

the tesco site has a link to request the freepost envolopes, and also i checked that the hp45 cartridges on the auction were on this list. :)

    Hi Folks

I have been reading this thread...........and the one before! Lol but am still a little confused! I have a few questions that I hope you can help with regarding the Tesco Clubcard Plus. Ok.......here goes -

    1. Do I need a credit check for this? I dont want an overdraft facility. No, they don't do a credit check unless you ask for an overdraft.
    2. Can I set up a direct debit for say as little as £5 per month?Yes you can!
    3. In addition to this can I make 'top-ups' at customer services?Definitely, I have £10 going onto mine through DD and then I top up every Friday at my local Tesco CS. Beware though, some Tesco stores take longer to process a payment, though usually it's instant.
    4. How do I save my points? Are vouchers not automatically sent out every so often?Yes, the vouchers are sent out ljust like normal, you'll just get more of them!

Sorry for all the questions! Any advice would be greatly appreciated

    Linz xoxox

    Hope this helps!

This has been covered - several times - try using the 'search' facility!

30 cartridges is the maximum accepted in a year - hope yours are ok, if you'd searched the thread you might have seen this

I do use search on the boards... but didn't know what to type in to find about the ink scheme, i found THIS thread by searching "clubcard points".
Hence I posted here, sorry to have offended/irritated you. :silenced:

Dont worry about the comment. Some people like to flex their muscles rather than let it go.
They think you are cluttering up the thread, but dont seem to realise they do just that with their little digs.

Julie, I wasn't offended or irritated, just trying to offer a helpful suggestion (I originally found this thread by searching 'ink cartridges').

I hope you don't end up out of pocket, I just meant that if you'd seen this post before buying your cartridges you'd have been aware of the possibility of being out of pocket.(Although as long as at least 5 of them pass the testing process you'll have broken even!)

Today I went to Tesco in Milton Keynes and bought 2 lots of 12x440ml Magners cans and got a bonus 1000 clubcard points. This happened last Thursday too (same purchase). Has anyone else had this? The bonus is w/wide annual tvl ins ccp. So that means I've had 2035 points for a spend of £35!

Hi. What does "w/wide annual tvl ins ccp" mean??

I am off to tesco now to have a go at that, and am also out of beer for the weekend so a great excuse really? But not sure if you meant you purchased it with a normal clubcard, clubcard credit card or a clubcard plus card?

    can you please confirm? Cheers!
