I haven't read this thread before but have just seen about cc+. I take it that this replaces your existing cc in effect; is this correct?
Also, it has been mentioned that you can pay cash onto your card at customer service desk. Do you have to actually hand cash over or can you pay by bank card onto cc+?
And lastly, am I right in thinking that you can't use this card at Express stores?
Sorry for all the questions and thanks in advance. (sorry if I've missed the answers, I don't have time at the moment to read the whole thread)0 -

Yes, the CC+ does replace your existing CC.
Yes, you can pay cash at Customer Services, you can also set up a Standing Order or pay money onto it using your debit card, however this can take a couple of days to clear.
Yes you can use it at Tesco Express and also at Tesco petrol stations too to boost your points!

Today I went to Tesco in Milton Keynes and bought 2 lots of 12x440ml Magners cans and got a bonus 1000 clubcard points. This happened last Thursday too (same purchase). Has anyone else had this? The bonus is w/wide annual tvl ins ccp. So that means I've had 2035 points for a spend of £35!
Just found this page after a Google search for "w/wide annual tvl ins ccp"!
Got petrol earlier and was surprised by the amount of points I have; found a recipt from Sat 25th Oct that has the same "bonus", but this time with 1500 points... so got 1511 points for an £11.82 spend!!!
And guess what, I also shopped at Tesco in Milton Keynes!! Coincidence, I think not.
FYI Bought larger, cider (Strongbow, not Magners), ice-cream and popcorn.
I guess they have some mistake with their tills... better not get charged for some travel insurance I've never bought though!
Anyone else had this?0 -
Hey everyone - just before i ask i have only briefly scanned through a couple of pages - can you use someone elses clubcard points? I see people are buying and selling on ebay but all of the vouchers have names on (?!?). Basically i have my own vouchers but i want to get some of those Merlin annual passes as xmas gifts this year and will need quite a few more vouchers to get them.
Again really sorry if this has been covered...found people asking similar q's but not an answer.
Ta in advance.

Hi. What does "w/wide annual tvl ins ccp" mean??
I am off to tesco now to have a go at that, and am also out of beer for the weekend so a great excuse really? But not sure if you meant you purchased it with a normal clubcard, clubcard credit card or a clubcard plus card?
can you please confirm? Cheers!
World wide travel insurance clubcard promotion at a guess...? Does that explain the extra points to anybody by any chance? Always looking for new ways to get more points...I don't think I can hang on til Friday...0 -
I'm not sure this is the right place to discuss this but perhaps somebody could point me in the right direction if it's not.
I exchanged some clubcard points for vouchers for Johnson's cleaning. Now the vouchers don't say they're for cleaning they just say clubcard vouchers. However, I now want to rent some dvds from Blockbuster. Are these the same vouchers to use or must I get some more special blockbuster ones by converting more clubcard points?
Thanks in anticipationTitch0 -
Hello, I am using my brand new clubcard plus and I am not getting double points. I have telephoned to raise my concern and advised to ring 0800 591 688 which I have done only to be told they dont do any cards that offer double points.
Before I waste any more time, has anyone out there experienced the same and how did you put it right? Looking really for a direct solution rather than spending hours on the phone and getting no-where.
Thank you in advance for your helpThank you to everyone who has helped me MoneySave0 -
I too have not been getting double points, although i have been assuming they will double when i receive my vouchers?
I have only got the card in the last two months or so.0 -
the double points will show on your clubcard statement when they send it out to you with your vouchers, mine dont show on my till reciept only on my statement0
