Okay, I can talk about it now. I don't do the lotto but for the past month I have been spending £1 per week on "footy 15" on the Littlewoods Pools website. You get 15 matches and have to guess the outcome. I won £20 by getting 12 out of 15 right two weeks ago, and this week I have got 13 out of 15 right (I think). Not sure how much I have won, I think it was £75 for 13 right that week I won £20, but last week it's showing at £632 for 12 right - however last week was a lot of upsets whereas this week a lot of the favourites have won so I guess the prize pot will be smaller. I wont find out until Tuesday though - hope it's nice win!Start Date: 27/11/2010

OMG smilies overload!! lol
It a Christmas savings card. I only started it a few months ago. You can pay a minimum of £5 onto the card whenever you want over the counter in the Post Office. At the beginning of November the card is activated so you can use it in places like Argos, Sainsbury's, Woolies, Debenhams, WHSmiths...the list goes on. You can keep using the card up until the end of Jan i think and then i guess you start all over again.
I intend to restart it as soon as i can in the new year. In just a few months i saved £60 without much effort plus i've had a letter saying they're adding £10. A voucher book has also come through with a few extra discounts in some of the retailers. The best one is 25% off in Debenhams.
PS Please note i have NOT used any smilies 'cause Terri's used them all and there aint none left lolOne step at a time0 -

Greenbynature, postive thoughts to you and your stopping smoking, I'm still procrastinating about it, but I know the time is coming. £2.89 a day going up in smoke.
HFC will be pleased to receive my £3 today I'm sure. Statement is due so they will be gleefully adding their interest on as I type.
Have a good Monday all.DC.

The early riser prize goes to Smamfer :T (I hope that sentence doesn't encourage rude comments, particularly from Weebag)
Hello to the newbies and welcome
Samboss0306 - there isn't a limit with regards to the number of payments, at least until they all get sick of processing £1 daily payments! If you're worried you could always save your PaD (payment a day) and then pay a bigger sum at the end of the week or month.
£1 each to evil loan, savings and credit card for Nintendo DS.
:T Next month i will have reasonable amounts coming through from Quidco and Greasypalm. I'll also make sure i submit my 3 months petrol claim at work ready for December's salary AND i've finally sold a book on Amazon. *rubs hands with glee* (but then thinks about all that needs paying out lol)
Have a great day everyoneOne step at a time0
