Just updated my sig, payments going well due to ebay, amazon and home cooked lunch instead of nice warm rolls from baguette shop. Am off to list stuff on ebay but sadly its all for my son (maybe I should charge......) Tomorrow hope to be off to a boot sale to look for bargains. My partner is currently restoring some cast iron waffle irons, if they get completed today they are headed for ebay too

            Hello peeps ...

Looks like i'm the last here today !

Intergalactic Floozie - Sorry to hear your bad news re ; HSBC ... it's bloody awful that they can get away with doing that to you  .... Fingers crossed that some more overtime will come your way soon ...
            nickynoo08 - £80.26 for 16 days  .... I don't blame you for offering them £1 a week ....

northernspender - Re your paypal funds from Ebay ... instead of waiting the 7 or more days for the funds to transfer to your bank account have you thought about getting a " PayPal top up card " ?? Apparently you can transfer your paypal funds instantly to the card and then use them straight away ... There is a " one off " charge of £4.95 for the card .. If you withdraw cash from the card then it does charge you ... I can't make up my mind whether it's worth applying for one .... What do you think ?? Here's a link to the " bumph " on it https://www.paypal.com/uk/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=xpt/Marketing/general/PPTUCHome-outside .... From what i've read quickly you use the card the same as you do a Visa ...

Dumbleman - Hi :hello: , Good luck with your debts .... :D

weebag - Think we should all send you a bill each next week .... so you don't feel left out when the postie calls :rotfl: ....

Greenbynature - Hope all goes well for you with giving up smoking on monday ... :D As for the no CHOCCY days  i'm not on a diet ..... yet ! :rotfl: .....but should be :rotfl::rotfl: ...... My friend bought me over a MEGA large wedge of chocolate layer cake last night which i hid in the back of an unused kitchen cupboard intending to eat it tonight ( that's willpower for you ! ) ... anyway i'm not a happy bunny ... have just gone to get it out and my daughter must have FOUND and EATEN it     ... very sneeky little madame .... ( can't imagine where she gets it from !! ;) ) she is staying at her friends for the night ... am now tempted to ring the parents and ask them if they can make it a more permanent arrangement !!!!:rotfl::rotfl:

sam247 - Hi :hello: ... Good luck with your Ebay sales ... :D

Here's my Good and Bad for today ...

The Good - Paid £110 off arrears ...
            Added £3 to my pot ( grand total £84 ) :D
            4th CHOCCY free day

The Bad - Have still got the " raving hump " and am smoking like crazy because i'm still CHOCCY FREE .....:rotfl::eek::rotfl:( now edited the spelling mistake !!:rotfl: )

Anyway hope you are all having a better weekend than i am !

            Keep smiling ....

            Catch you all tomorrow ....

my payments for this weekend are:

            £1.37 to money pot (sat)
            £1.64 to money pot (today)

looking good! Money pot now stands at £13.12, thats just 9 days!! If I can keep this up the whole of november I could possibly have over £40 in there! That would be brilliant! I havent even noticed losing it out of my purse each day:)

          6. Morning
Rounded my bank account down to a nice even nUmber and sent £8.89 to those sweeties  at HFC. Tapped it in at whatsthecost and have another month off my DFD! Currently at March 2012, if I get my head right I want to do this by March 2011.

          7. I am back......

I had a month (or maybe two off) and it has not been good! With the PaD challenge out of my mind after being far too excited at clearing the Barclaycard, I have spent far too much on those things you want (and don't really need). :o

So I just had to come back and get focused. I am going to concentrate on the Virgin CC. Even though it is 0% till Feb 09, I think I am better off clearing the card rather than putting the money in savings, which clearly is not working as I seem to spend it on other things and just transfer it back out again.

So £3 for me today which will also cover Monday & Tuesday, as I am at a conference in London and will not get round to making the payments.
I want to be credit card and loan free by Christmas 2010
          8. Morning everyone

Busy day for me trying to catch up on loads of things I have been ignoring but can't ignore any longer. Looks like DS and I will be having a mini break as he now has an interview at Bristol the day after Southampton. Must make sure I can get wifi:money:. 2 nights away from home thats unheard of.

Fag_ash_lil glad I am not the only one that hides choccy my kids usually find it and eat it too I have been choccy free except for the chocolate eclair I had yesterday for a week:eek: Still a box of yummy rum truffles awaiting. I will save them until I have done all those things I should have done :A maybe or maybe not:question:

£20 for me to HSBC CC (I hate them too Floozie banked with them 23 years and never done me any favours). Turned me down for a loan when I was desperate (perhaps that was a favour in the long run:rolleyes:)

            Have a great Sunday everyone
