Lovely to see so many new and not so new people here. £20 to HSBC CC for me today. Then off to do some Christmas shopping with my debit card instead of my credit card that's a first for me.:A

Just added £16.43. Not paying every day but do try and add some change to my piggy bank and then count it up from time to time. I'm due some backdated pay (my rise) this month and OH has some bonus so we can hopefully throw some of that into the mix!

Well today's good news is ..............

I am declared fit to return to work. I still have the residual pain, but the scabs are all dry so not contagious.

The bad news is I won't get as much time to catch up with your news

I am still concentrating on other financial things in our quest to debt freedom

Transferred 12.9% credit card to 0% till end of April and my bonus is due then so should more than cover it with some left over for a treat.

Applied for another 0% card (16 months) and got it, so have enough to transfer 0% which ends in December and one that ends in February

Meal plans sorted for the nest two weeks and should come in under budget for the grocery challenge so long as OH does not come with me again.

All the best to everyone and extra good luck to those who are giving up the weed or choccy. Why not pay your daily spends on this to the debts at the end of the day - it may help in your challenge to give up and reduce the debt at the same time?

    Best Wishes
    Gilly
