I have to have a go at one for the teachers 2moz, will give mr something to do. Still not sure how it will be dressed yet, got to have a think.

Thank you, yes I've made it myself. I've had the knitting needles out for the first time in about 20 years, and her dress is made from an old skirt I no longer wear.

Yes I agree with you there RF.

Personally I love it when i sell something even tho its for very little profit, because it means i have to make more which gives me lots pleasure.

Hi there, have been reading this thread with interest.
I have now managed to make a few sock monkey and I'm really proud!!

My little boy is 4 and he sleeps with his which is lovely.

I was just wondering how you have been making the outfits, especially the hats and scarf's? Is there a fool proof pattern I could have a go at?

here's my latest sock monkey he's a gift for my friends son(she requested one each for her son and daughter when she saw tha earlier ones that i have made) i will hopefully manage to finish her daughters one tonight
