I like the Christmas one, I have seen Christmas socks and passed them by as thinking they wouldn't be much use because once Christmas is over the monkey would fall out of favour, but I can see that this little chap could easily be put away with the other Christmas stuff and come out year after year, with everyone looking forward to seeing him. He could become a family tradition.0

I normally buy my dd a christmas toy/teddy to put in her hamper for christmas eve, then once its over they go with the decorations for the year after. This one will do the sameX

I love your Christmas one Upsy Daisy and it would be a lovely Christmas tradition to bring it out year after year. Last year we had a surprise visitor turn up on Dec 1st a naughty elf called Grumpy and the kids thought it was brilliant. He arrived in a box with a note from Santa. Sock monkeys could arrive the same wayLittle Miss Chatterbox

Both look good Shelley. I got those socks too. I usually leave the toes on and make the feet and hands from them so they have the darker tips, but I see that you cut yours off.0

Yep I usually do that but I use the toe for the mouth and I found that when the socks need to be sewn upside down because of the pattern I can't always do it
I find these socks very small to work with!
