I just had to tell you this. I always like to check on what sock monkeys are selling on Ebay and was totally shocked to see that a Rockford monkey had just sold yesterday in the USA for £98.71. Nothing particularly special about him, other than he had an embroidered bit on his arm that looked like a tattoo. Now that would make it worth while selling them, wouldn't it !!0

Brilliant monkeys as usual!! I really need to get my sewing machine out and have a go at them! I am hoping they look like a monkey and not a mess lol!

the rockford monkey is now in the kia advert in america
you see him getting the tattoo on the advert
thats why it sold for such an amount
the socks you can buy for around £10, they have a red heel0 -
I have made the Rockford monkeys also and sell them on Ebay, but not for £98 unfortunately.0
