    I'm making Bunnies at the mo for Easter presents, I've not made any monkeys yet either :) I'm not sure how to post pics on here but if you go here you'll see how mine look so far :D

    he is brilliant cuddles. was he hard to sew? I was going to do a soft fluffy one for my friend's baby (she isnt even pregnant yet!!! :p)

    He was hard to sew as I couldn't see my stitching, so kept going over seams to be sure they were firm. Also had to do felt eyes as it's for a child, but they didn't stand out on the furry fabric, Had to do nostrils and mouth again for the same reason.
    The material is lovely and soft, but I'm concerned about fibres coming off, but that's what she wanted.

    I'm now doing a Monkey & Banana one to auction for charity.

    i have loads of pairs of the monkey socks from matalan and do at some point have every intention of making them for hampers, am just finishing a monkey atm my 3rd attempt at one it. my 5 year old (6tomorrow) spotted a pair of what she calls cheetah socks in matalan and asked me to make her one for pressie just have arms to do. need to figure out how to get pics on here so i can show my efforts (not as good as all of yours im afraid though :( )
