I'm getting there lol, sewn on the arms & tail & need to sew the ears & mouth on. My daughter has claimed it as hers causing arguments with my other children lol. so looks like I had better get a move on with making them. I'm not thrilled with it yet but hope the finishing touches will make all the difference. Children don't care though:D

We don't need to do it perfectly - good enough is exactly that GOOD ENOUGH.

I now have thread, needle and socks with stars on. Now to be brave and start making it!

But how can I sew and type at the same time?!

I bought some lovely soft fluffy bed socks from Primark today - pk of 2 for £2, 1 pink and 1 pink striped with tinsel type strands in it. Now just got to start!!!

I'll make some and send them to you. I'm a bit concerned about buttons on them though, so what about sewing on eyes with thick thread, would that be ok? The website bought tears to my eyes, i might have a go at knitting some of the clothes. Let me know your address and I'll see what I can do, might take a few weeks though.
  • Angie, just be aware that when you're making fluffy sick monkeys, the fluff gets everywhere! I was plastered in white fluff... and I think DD throwing it around didn't help much...

I made another one last night, will upload some photos later... Have some hiking socks here that I'm going to try and sock bunny tonight...

Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.
