  • Here are two of the nursery monkeys for my Cath Kidston obsessed friend. I love the colours of them and they were a pleasure to make. I`ve called the baby one Tilly and the larger one Mr Dots.

  • I am having a sock monkey disaster and need some inspiration in order to carry on and finish her lol!! I have made the torso and the legs but the legs seem to short and one is fatter than the other!! I have made the tail and the arms (the arms are far too skinny lol) and stuffed them and I have made the ears but they just seem to long!! I now dont have a clue how I am going to join all these bits together it seems really complicated!! I am frightened to finish in case I hate it lol!!! Help me love my sock monkey lmao!!

Oh I love the baby ones!! They look lovely! I'm just finishing off a baby one myself and they really are cute!!
  • Popkins - The baby ones are my favourites as they are sooo cute! I`m not keen on the larger ones but everyone has their own preference.

Can`t wait to see your baby sock monkey!

Well I've done it, I've made my 1st sock monkey :) I say I but my boyfriend helped out a bit too, he did the mouth and tail after I stupidly chopped it thinking it was the arms and consequently had to sew the pieces back together, won't make that mistake again!

He's not the neatest looking thing, and he needs some buttons for eyes but here he is:

  • Finally I have finished my first sock monkey!! I still dont like her legs I think they look too short but I followed the instructions exactly so not sure what I did wrong?! Also her ears are too long rather than square but I will know that next time!!

Here is my daughter Kirsty holding Pinky!!!
