complained to kiddicare about my delivery experience of the delivery drivers refusing to bring in the heavy boxes eventhough I am 8 months pregnant!
They just responded saying that the drivers are not licensed to take boxes inside the home!!0 -

I am sorry to hear about your experience with kiddicare, I can for sure tell you that all 4 times that I ordered with them, they carried the boxes inside (and I was not pregnant at the time). Maybe you should try and contact them again, by phone call this time, they will for sure have a solution to it. Good luck!
