Kp sent me a £1 voucher as I had a empty bag of crisps in a multipack
Nestl! sent me a £1 voucher as my kit mat was solid chocolate
Innocent sending me some vouchers also as one of my yoghurt pouches was empty

complained to swizzles said there was only 1 type of lolly in my lots of lollies bag and received two large bags off them today

I emailed a general address for Morrisons (on contact us) but was not happy with the reply so found an email address for the chief exec online and emailed him - I think the email addresses for the chief execs of other supermarkets can also be found online.

I don't really like complaining but did complain to travelodge a couple of years ago as they cancelled my room reservation the day before I was due to stay there due to the hotel not being ready to open. They refunded me (obviously :P) and sent me a £25 travelodge voucher

This is a year ago now but we brought a box of chocolates at Christmas - I think they were Celebrations - and one of the 'bounty' chocolates was wrapped as if the chocolate was in there but no chocolate. As silly as it was to send a letter I got a £5 off voucher back!!


I have also sent a thank you for your lovely products letter to Unilever, who do Dove ect, and they sent a £5 off voucher to!!
