Freebie Successes by Letter / Email - What have you recieved? (merged)

I am new here! First post... I emailed Roses and Quality street that I didn't get my favorite sweet in the tin- both sent me £5 voucher. I emailed sunblest bread that my Veda bread had a hole in it!! lol They sent £3 voucher and said sorry! I also contacted McVities and complained that my Choc Digestive didn't have enough chocolate on it. £3 voucher. Dad noticed recently that when he opened a packet of bacon (Dennys i think) that it was obviously missing a bit (pack was very empty looking) so he weighed it and it was under, so he emailed and got £5 from them!
Any time i write to compliment people I just get a nice email back but no goodies!

Nobodies wrote on this in ages! But was inspired when i read it originally, Emailed a few companies, mostly mother and baby things, was really impressed with the responses I got...

Tommee tippee - full box of 50 breast pads to try
Vital Baby - breast-like bottle, weaning spoons and breast pads
NSPA - big bottle of stretch mark oil

and those are the amazing ones, a few other companies with samples, a few coupons! Now on mat leave will be re-trying this for a few more companies, defo been swayed towards vital baby and tommee tippee for purchases now!

So I have emailed a few companies over the weekend for mummy samples
so far responses from:-
Phillips Avent - No promotions at the moment so won't send samples
Vital Baby - will send me some breast pads and wipes

Nuby haven't even apologised for messing up my order, but claim to be sending the missing stuff, so see what I get

1 box of 40 breast pads from Nuby
£20 vouchers from pampers from my complaint - can't believe 2 large boxes didn't have the correct amount of nappies! Not normal to count them but it was only to see how many had dodgy tabs and then I realised it didn't look like the right amount, so I counted the other packs too... Sneaky pampers!!!
Vital baby were as good as their word - bottle, spoon, wipes, breast pads and info booklet.
Lanishol are sending some samples too

Complained to Morrisons afew weeks ago, brought a sandwich in store to eat the following day. Next day noticed it was 2 days out of date, meaning when I brought it the day before it was already 1 day out of date! Complained online and they responded within hours and advised they would send me a refund and compensation, the sandwich only cost £1.79 so I thought might get £5 vouchers, week later got a letter with £20!

complained to the works after a staff member piled books on the table and pushed them over the edge and landed on my little boys head - all they sent was £5 gift card!
