I wrote a complimentary email to Aussie and asked for some coupons. They responded within hours full of excitement that I had written such a glowing report about their products but said they didn't send coupons. They suggested I look out for offers in store............boo.

Waiting for Cetaphil, Crabtree & Evelyn and Cafe Nero to respond.

Received a set of 8 various samples from L'Occitane today, packaged in a lovely little gift bag

Also had an email from Pure Dairy Free to let me know they'll be sending some coupons out in the post

Got £5 from Maybelline because I complained about their lipstick being sold faulty (the rotating bit was damaged). Except the lipstick cost more than £5!!! But better than nothing

Strongbow - sent them a nice email, and they wrote back to say that they appreciated the comments. Few days later a Strongbow branded pint glass arrived in the post Was a nice touch, I thought.

Cetaphil - received three sample bottles after emailing. I'm going to be buying one of the products when the samples run out.

Sent Yorkshire tea an email thanking them for my bday card and asked if they could send me a sample of decaf, they have emailed back and sent a full box

- Box full of goodies from Ecover (4 x little bottles of washing up liquid, a little bottle of fabric softener, sample sachet of non bio liquid and sample sachet of washing powder).
- Body butter sample pot from Inlight.
- Bag of samples from L'Occitane (sachets of shampoo, conditioner, 2 x body cream, 2 x face cream, 2 x serum).
- 3 x Neals Yard sample pots (mother's balm, baby balm and baby bath & shampoo).
- 2 x £2 Pure Dairy Free coupons.
- Face cream sample pot from Ayurveda Pura.
- Box of goodies from Dr. Hauschka (small bottles of Rose body oil, Blackthorn body oil, Cleansing cream, Facial toner, Rose day cream).
