I got a £25 voucher for peacocks after I complained as there was a broken needle in a pair of pants!

Emailed golden wonder about my daughter being disappointed that her transform a snack only had wheels in it.
They replied saying they will look into it and asked for my name and address to send the response,
However they addressed the email back to somebody completely, so I kindly asked that they use my correct name in future correspondence, they apologised profusely and said a gesture of goodwill is on its way to me.

They sent us a box of nine bags daughter was delighted

- Jordan's Cereals: No coupons/samples, advised to join newsletter for future coupon offers.
- Happy Eggs: Don't send coupons.
- Lactofree: Thank you email.
- Florette: Sent £1 coupon in post
- Linda McCartney: No coupons to send currently, but looking to start them in furture.
- Mission: Thank you email.
- Koko Dairy Free: Sent 5 x 30p coupons in post

I emailed L'Oreal to tell them how good their men's elvive shampoo is and how it knocked all the competition out of the water. I genuinely was going to compliment them.

I got sent a £5 voucher.

Very impressed.

Sent an email complaint to Cadbury which was forwarded to Fredericksburg who deal with making ice cream for Cadbury. Complained that a tub of ice cream tasted powdery. And just received £3 voucher. The tub only cost £2

Got samples on their way from L'Occitane and Green People.

Both replied within a few hours and were more than happy to send samples! Waiting on a load more replies for other products, too....

L'occitane and Molton Brown sent me loads of samples a few weeks back! I received 12 from L'occitane and about 6 from Molton Brown. I was so chuffed as only asked for a conditioner. Also green people sent me loads for myself and my little boy (think I received about 10 samples from them).
